We were up and running in a matter of minutes. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** Inability to do more granular data retention based on user groups matching the retention rules we define in GWS **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great tool for easily capturing backups of your GWS tenant. It has some other nice-to-haves as well. We are happy with it and it is one of the tools we decided to not evaluate alternatives for in the upcoming contract renewal cycle. ### 2. Restoring data is quick and painless. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** The pricing model, paying per user, may not always suit. We have many Google Workspace accounts that don't justify having their own backup license with SpinOne, but it would be nice if we could backup more of these less critical accounts. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a Google Workspace Business Starter account, it's difficult to keep track of Google Drive files within the organisation. Sometimes important files can be deleted by accident, and we have no way to restore such files. With SpinOne Backup, this is no longer a problem, as we can easily search Drive files across all users and restore previously deleted files. ### 7. The sofware is pretty easy to use and overall has alot of features build in to it. The archive user feature is the one i used the most. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** That we need a active license from google to backup the user into Spin. Other platforms can backup without the user being active in google. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** So in todays world we have many platforms that can perform similar features as spin. The good part of the Spin one is that the setup is easy. It is fully integrated with Gmail. It requires very minimum configuration involved. It is also very stable. It backs up the Google Drive as well. **What do you dislike about SpinOne?** When your purchased backup storage is out, the backup will stop. You will need to check your available storage very often. I hope we will have some notification that will be warning us that our backup storage will be out soon. **What problems is SpinOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have Gmail backup running on Spin One.
