I’ve spent 10 years building this integrator company, customer by customer, with a churn rate under 3%. That’s a rare achievement — it represents not only revenue but trust, reputation, and real relationships.
And then, without notice or any chance to prepare, Spectrio shut off an entire line of business. They explained OFAC compliance and the open invoices — and I accept that compliance is non-negotiable. But the way it was done — abrupt, no consultation, no orderly transition — erased years of work in one stroke.
What hurts more is the response tone. I tried to propose cooperation: account-based outreach, complementary hardware, building pipeline — a model where we add value instead of competing. Instead of exploring that, I got a flat “No thank you.” After a decade of partnership, that dismissal feels cold.
So yes — what comes through in my words is frustration, disappointment, and hurt. I kept it professional, but it was still deeply personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
