**What do you like best about solve 360?**

The most helpful feature of Solve360 is the integration between all of the company areas (i.e. billing, accounting, operations and such).

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

At the same time it has great integration between areas, the time it takes to update info to Excel (or similar), is quite annoying.

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gathers all of our customers information all in one place.

I can easily forward an email to our crm email address and it will attach the record to the employee's file.

It sometimes takes a long time to load an employee's record.

We have been able to keep detailed records for all of our employees in one easily searchable place.

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

Solve360 is a great service all around. Their client Management service focuses heavily on contacts and companies, with all other features built in. Solve360 has really hit the nail on the head developing a system that is what small and large businesses alike really neat.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

There really isn't anything to not like about solve360 it is a great app that everybody should be using. If I had to pick one thing the nip pic about I would have to say the fact that you only have one option for backing up your data. With most CRM services you can export your contacts as an Excel file. With solve 360 they only allow you to export as an XML file.

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

If you're looking for a program that is simple to use with very little setup solve360 is the product you need. If you want to be able to customize the software to fit your liking, South 360 is the easiest to do that with. Since they focus the app moron the contacts it's a great program for freelancers and other small businesses who focus on their customers. It does have many of the same bells and whistles as other CRM programs however they are built into the contacts field, showing that the customer is the most important part.

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for a way to manage all of my customers for my it business. since I'm on the road a lot I was looking for something that worked well on a mobile device, and allowed me to see client contact information from the main screen without having to click through many screens or hitting edit in order to see things like the address.

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

I love Solve because it has a friendly interface so it is very easy to use since it allows me to do my work much faster, on the other hand, I can observe the relationship between the different projects or structures and the directors of the same and thus be able to have the information at hand at the time of any work meeting, or a project presentation to new investors and department managers, also having the option to tag any shareholder or director can send emails in bulk.

I like this system very much for its flexibility, allowing it to adapt very well to any type of business, I also like this system because it covers many of my needs as well as those of my clients and investors.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like, because Solve has been of great help to my company, the only thing I can say is that it took us all a bit of time to customize several functions, in order to work more comfortably, the result is an excellent system.

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

This system has been of great help to the company, so I recommend it definitely, since it quickly adapted to each of our needs, allowing us to achieve extraordinary results that were of positive influence for all, also at the time of any doubt or situation one can always count on the support of the technical support team which is excellent since they offer effective solutions.

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Solve, we achieved the unthinkable thing that was linking the shareholders with the projects that are being developed. This undoubtedly allowed me to work in a more organized way, saving us time when looking for new clients, since through from their effective functions, they were easier to trace, generating efficient productivity.

Furthermore, the flexibility of this program allowed our employees to handle it without any problem and in a much easier way.

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

My favorite thing about solve360 is how easy it is to use and the wonderful customer support team. Upon initial set-up, my company received an introductory email notification that contained step by step instructions on how to proceed in using solve360. When we had questions or needed assistance, we were able to reach a customer support representative immediately and they went out of the way to assist and ensure we were comfortable proceeding. I also like the templates that solve360 offers. They make it easy and fast - instead of having to work from scratch. This has proven beneficial.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

I dislike that solve360 is not integrated with more platforms - for example, IOS. Solve360 is compatible with Google and even with Google, I have experienced some delays and crashes. There have been several occasions when using solve360 that it crashes and I have to redo what I was working on from the start. I wish that it were compatible with Microsoft Office as I think this would be a useful benefit and integration.

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

I recommend solve 360 for small to mid size companies (won't support larger companies - for larger companies, I would recommend a SalesForce type product). I recommend solve360 for companies that are looking to manage clients and customer data, as we have found this is were it excels. It is not as much built for sales.

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve360 has helped us to manage our current clients and engage prospective clients with ease. It is secure and allows you to control who can see what information. It has helped us delegate tasks and then track those tasks - this is probably one of the features that means the most to us for what we do as it has simplified and streamlined this process.

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

It is great for running our systems and processes.  It is easy to link companies and contacts and to integrate them into the projects we are managing.   What I like most about it is that it integrates well with the Google Suite of programs.  You can sync with Google contacts, Google calendars, and it integrates well with Google docs.  I like it because it works well with other software/resources (such as the previously mentioned Google) and it can sync together.  What frustrates me is software that doesn't sync or communicate well with other software.  This software makes use easy because of the sync-abilty to other programs.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

I feel that the database queries could be improved.  Trying to do complex queries don't work very well in this software.  Also,  how the data is organized is not very intuitive.  The contact names are organized by first name, last name.  I'm used to view contacts by last name, first name.  I guess it's not a big deal and I have gotten used to it, it's just not what i'm used to from using other contact management software.

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

Like others have said, it is great for teams of 20 or less with long term sales goals.  It provides a multitude of tasks and is best served for the intermediate CRM user.  If you are looking for something more advanced, you are best served using another platform.

When using software, our company likes to use software that is multifunctional.  What we like about Solve 360 is that it can works as a contact management software or as a CRM tool.  We like it because it is a great way to organize projects or anything else that requires organizing.  It is also a great way to keep all users up to speed on how a project is progressing so that team members know what critical tasks are remaining.

The system is easy to use. The introductory email sent to you when you sign up has all the right information to get you started, and a link to get you in touch with their customer care team just incase you ever need help!

Sometimes it saves, sometimes it doesn't...very aggravating to write something in a field and go back and it's not there.

All information about a client in one spot and you can adjust the fields to what you want which is really helpful!

The templates and scheduled emails save time and help to automate Processes. The program offers many features at no additional cost, such as the Android/iPhone/iPad interface.

Many intyeresting feaytures that make it easy and intuitive. HOwever, many large scale features especially for large enterprise are not yet available. Hopefully they come out soon...

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

It integrates somewhat well with Google Apps and it offers a fair degree of customization. It has the ability to set up lead nurturing templates. It offers project management tools.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

Sometimes the links between Solve360 and Google Apps stop working and you have to restart both in order to get them to work together again. It is very expensive. 

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

I recommend that you consider other choices. We are currently considering alternatives and will probably change to a different solution within the next six months.

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to share contacts and prospective client info. We also wanted to automate our lead nurturing process. It works somewhat well for that.

**What do you like best about solve 360?**

Fantastic for Google Apps fans - being able to pull custom reports directly from Google Sheets is a huge bonus. Gmail integration is very good and better than any other CRM I've seen. Integration with Google Drive is also very good.

Outstanding uptime - in past 2 years not down for more than 6 hours total and most were from one session.

Deep functionality - very robust search, decent project management sub-system, 'activities' are abundant and robust.

Customization - can add custom fields all day long at no extra charge. Integration with Google sheets affords more flexibility when sharing data with customers.

This list could go on for many pages - it's a very mature, traditional CRM with tons of great features!

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

Like Google, they have built some amazing software but they seem to build a feature then quickly lose interest in improving it.

THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY (ANNOUNCED) UPDATES ON ANYTHING IN 9 MONTHS. No communication since August 2015 - for a SaaS product this is inexcusable! Maybe they're working on something big but they have not bothered to tell their customers.

Contacts and Companies are linked but separate so at times this can cause much frustration trying to create lists or exporting or connecting up to simple things like Zapier. APIs are very robust BUT to make them work most will require using their APIs and custom programming hooks (i.e. expensive programmers).

Support is by email only and they are usually prompt, courteous and helpful, even when it is in the online help guides, HOWEVER, they almost never admit to the issue being a bug or due to poor design and after making DOZENS of suggestions not one has been incorporated (I'm an engineer by training and a former software product manager fyi).

Seems to be catered to Real Estate pros - if that's you and you love Google Apps for Work and don't like change, this is the system for you!

They have no public forum where people can make suggestions and vote on them .

They offer no visibility on their product road map.

Their releases / improvements are very infrequent and usually not that significant.

Their ability to embrace the various social sites like twitter, FB, even G+ which they should, but especially linkedin! is deplorable and a few social widgets they had built in their site have either been taken off or don't work hardly at all and they continue to remove those capabilities or when they break they don't update them.

Overall their integration with Google is quite good, however, the basics seem to be very thin for example synchronizing contacts with Google should be a core competency but their instructions recommend that you only push from solve360 to Google and not the other way. Unfortunately this explains why we've had a lot of issues when we also try to synchronize from Google contacts back to the CRM. They only support the default contact fields when bringing data over from Google contacts, so any of the rich data that can be collected from a lot of these contact tools out there, like their Twitter address or other email addresses and things where we might want to have custom fields will not come across.

Google calendar integration - Solve requires its own calendar, why can't it write/update our regular calendar so our free/busy tools like youcanbook me can see it? vyte.in can see it but still seems silly. Solve also requires manual sync from Google cal/tasks back to solve - ugh.

Emails created in the CRM don't show true wysiwyg - outlook users see whacky stuff that doesn't show in the CRM nor on Gmail.

There's more, but I'll stop ranting now :)

If today it does what you need and you don't like change, then it's a great value.

The CRM works great with google apps, the syncing with google mail and google drive i use daily. I love the ability to customize the client information user interface as well as the ability to create templates for activity lists.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

Sometimes there are connection issues with google apps but those are few and far between.

If your looking for a CRM that is not built for sales and more built for manage customer data that works well with google apps this is it.

If your looking for something that works smoothly with google apps this is the CRM for you.

Solve 360 offers affordability; flexibility; intuitive functionality; delivered with the best support platform in the industry.  Their website; tutorials; case studies; etc are some of the best reads on the internet.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

I am a Microsoft centric user and Solve 360 lives mostly in the Google world.  Would love better integration with Outlook, MS office, etc. but even with this "mixed marriage" situation, the offsetting benefits make up for much of the difference.

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

This is not your father's CRM.  It is different but highly responsive.  You need to know what you want from your software . . . or you can start using it and tweak as you go.  Very easy.  

Questions?  Contact their support.  A real person will respond in a timely manner.  

**What problems is solve 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a commercial real estate broker, I track contacts; sales projects; activities; task assignments and more with Solve 360.  It is generally able to do whatever I need and the support personnel usually will deliver what the customers want.

I like that is tailor-able not only to my specific business, but to small businesses in general.

**What do you dislike about solve 360?**

First, the user interface is not pleasing to the eye. The search engine part runs slowly. I also find it annoying that I cannot make a call list through Solve directly. Instead I have to star each account, and go through a long list each day. 

**Recommendations to others considering solve 360:**

If you are a small business, this would be great if set up properly, for a larger businesses, I would recommend Salesforce.
