SET UP PROCESS is a NIGHTMARE.

They promise a 2-3 weeks set up process. For my company took over 4 months!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked about this product was having a single platform to manage listings and Google Business Reviews. The intentions are good, but there are much better products out there and a better price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You must be careful with this platform, especially if you already have a Google Business Profile. It will delete or overwrite all of the information in your existing profile, forcing you to recreate it repeatedly. This happened three times and was brought to the attention of technical support, and I was told that I needed to pay attention to what I was doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SoConnect helps to aggregate information and distribute it to 70 different channels. In a way, we sort of get 70x the result from 1x work. The report and analysis are very rich, it helps us to make various business decision. There are also cool features of Competitor Analysis which help us to compare performance with our top 3 competitors and help us to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SoConnect is less friendly to chained outlets. For example, if you have a lot of outlets (say more than 50), there's no direct option for you to review the overall performance of your entire business. Also, it's hard to reply to reviews since you have to go one by one location in order to reply. However, they're nice enough to help us by preparing the overall performance reports manually in excel format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A single tool that makes it easy to update and consolidate your positioning in most search engines.

Listings and Website Optimizer works great.

The only annoying point (but necessary and mandatory) is registering in Google My Business.

On the dashboard, to see your listings you have to go to 'locations'. If you go to product overview, listings, you don't get any listing product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In general, nothing. Occasionally, there has been some problem with data synchronization with some platform (like Facebook), but I attribute it more to an issue with the API than with Listings itself. There's nothing to dislike! The product is excellent and a "no brainer" for those looking to entice customers to visit their premises. The price is excellent, and only gets better the more sites you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The SO Connect Listings tool means that businesses can be in complete control of their online presence. On one page, you can update opening hours, photos, locations - and then it changes them across all the pages where your business is listed! There's not a lot I dislike! Maybe some more analytics would be helpful to track progress, but that's it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Listings, I was using so many tools to keep my online business information up to date. However, with listings, I managed to save a lot of time. Also, I managed to publish it on more online directories and get more visibility. Another thing that I like is how the tool gives you analytics and insight to understand how your business listings are performing and which platform drives more traffic and footfall to your business.
