Zero responsiveness. Zero solutions Poor interface **What do you dislike about SO Connect Platform?** Uprofesionalism TERRIBLE customer service (they do NOT answer to their customers issues) Nobody take care of the customer account SET UP PROCESS is a NIGHTMARE. They promise a 2-3 weeks set up process. For my company took over 4 months!!! **What problems is SO Connect Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. They are supposed to help collecting customer reviews, but the message (email) they send to our customers is: - confusing - generate distrust - it is not relevant for our customers ### 2. The intentions are good, but there are much better products out there and a better price point. **What do you dislike about SO Connect Platform?** You must be careful with this platform, especially if you already have a Google Business Profile. It will delete or overwrite all of the information in your existing profile, forcing you to recreate it repeatedly. This happened three times and was brought to the attention of technical support, and I was told that I needed to pay attention to what I was doing. **What problems is SO Connect Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online reputation management. ### 3. In a way, we sort of get 70x the result from 1x work. The report and analysis are very rich, it helps us to make various business decision. There are also cool features of Competitor Analysis which help us to compare performance with our top 3 competitors and help us to improve. **What do you dislike about SO Connect Platform?** SoConnect is less friendly to chained outlets. For example, if you have a lot of outlets (say more than 50), there's no direct option for you to review the overall performance of your entire business. Also, it's hard to reply to reviews since you have to go one by one location in order to reply. However, they're nice enough to help us by preparing the overall performance reports manually in excel format. **What problems is SO Connect Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can manage reviews from multiple channels in one single platform. We also can analyze location performance as well as review performance from one place. It saves me a lot of time as SoConnect helps me to distribute my information to so many different channels. ### 4. Listings and Website Optimizer works great. Much easier than other software i have tried **What do you dislike about SO Connect Platform?** The only annoying point (but necessary and mandatory) is registering in Google My Business. On the dashboard, to see your listings you have to go to 'locations'. If you go to product overview, listings, you don't get any listing product **What problems is SO Connect Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything ok with listings. Occasionally, there has been some problem with data synchronization with some platform (like Facebook), but I attribute it more to an issue with the API than with Listings itself.
