I like that you can also have text variations and that you can recycle material. I enjoy that you can schedule posts for specific times and days, which saves me time. Having it all in one platform is better because it lets me and my team preview the material before it gets posted, which leads to more customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Posting to Facebook, sometimes it gives an error that there has to be two lines of space between the words or between the paragraphs. And it's not clear how to fix that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. SmarterQueue allowed me to build my business Facebook page and keep my audience engaged while still having to work a full time job. Thanks to SmarterQueue (and of course persistence) my FB page has continued to grow and in 2022 I was able to leave my job and work for myself at home. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Although I would still 10/10 recommend SmarterQueue, I do have a hard time navigating the site and finding different spots. And, then there's the Evergreen feature, which is why I was drawn to Smarterqueue, but this is very much not the only thing they do. I really liked the daily tips to get started and the timely response from the help team. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Only being able to set a pattern of posts over 1 week feels a bit contraining as I don't want to overwhelm my clients by posting too much, but I did want 5 categories to start with. In the end I've gone with 3 and it's working OK at the moment. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find it so much easier to just drop post content into a continuous feed without having to think what day and time to schedule it at. The biggest things are the ability to analyze every part of the engagement, the ability to make posts evergreen, the ability to categorize post types and then create a specific schedule that will fill the specific post type category as they're queued, the wide selection of social media outlets, and being able to curate content to schedule to share from outside sources. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** It's competitively priced, but it is at the higher end. However, for what it does, it can easily make up for the cost in the value of time saved. There isn't much I don't like about SmarterQueue, I've been using it since it was in beta and it was extraordinary even then. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** You definitely want to take advantage of all the features, but there are a lot so taking it one feature at a time as to not get overwhelmed! **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily being able to create and share content to every social media channel my business is on with the exception of tiktok. Gone are the days of having to figure out generic copy that fits the genre of each platform since there's the option to edit the copy for any individual channel you're posting to. I can easily schedule out an entire month's worth of social media in less than an hour. Most recently, I was confused about queueing on 2 different profiles but Waqar sent me a Loom video - not a generic one but on my own dashboard so it was very easy to understand & rectify. It's super easy to create posts & make it longer by adding words to images or videos and links too. And the posting plan & queueing is genius - now I post even when I don't due to the recycling option. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** So far, I haven't found any negatives though am yet to work out whether using any kind of scheduling tool affects the algorithms & how many people see my posts **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** Try it - if you get a code you can have 30 days instead of 14. No more clicking from site to site. Also, being able to search for graphics and gifs instead of the download/upload process saves additional time. I am not sure if this is their fault but finding other blog feeds has become a recent issue. I did not find SmarterQueue in my searchers, instead, I was reading a blogpost and the lady happened to mention it. I was intrigued by what she said it would do and how affordable it was. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** The only thing I don't like about SmarterQueue and I feel this is probably an Instagram issue and not a development issue on SmarterQueue is the fact you cannot post gifs, videos or multiple images to Insta through SmarterQueue. I'm okay with single images though. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** They usually have a free trial period - I highly recommend it if you have multiple clients that want unique, engaging social media posts - this is a valuable tool to have in your toolbox. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIme and scheduling of posts for clients and the time-saving factor are huge. I now have enough backlogged content that my social media profiles will be posting relevant content on autopilot for months. I also love their RSS import feature as this makes it very easy for me to find content to share from other blogs in my niche. The posting categories are wonderful, as well, as I have complete control over the frequency at which different types of content are posted - for example, I can make sure articles from my blog are being shared a certain number of times per week. Finally, the seasonal categories are great - this past holiday season, my social media accounts started automatically posting Christmas content without me having to touch them! **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** There are some features still in development that will make the platform easier to use once they are finished. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete underperforming content from my queue directly from the "past posts" page where I'm able to view the analytics, but over time the development team has continued to make improvements of this sort. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** I trialed several all-in-one social media management platforms, including some of the more expensive ones, and this one is hands-down my favorite for Facebook and Twitter. I believe it could also be effective for Instagram and Pinterest depending on your strategy on those platforms. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating posts for social media used to take me a few hours per week; now it takes me just a few hours per month or less, yet my Facebook audience, reach, and engagement has continued to grow. ### 24. It is possible to handle different content for many social networks at the same time and from the same place. During all daily tasks, we really don't have the time to stay active in social media. SmarterQueue gives you the opportunity to try and program different A/B tests. You can vary the same post with different texts and/or images, then check the analytics and see which variation performed best, to then duplicate those results. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** I'd say it's the analytics. So you are able to see the performance of your posts in many different ways: most likes, least likes, most shares, least shares, etc. So in itself, it's a pretty good feature. However, I find it really annoying that I'm not able to remove posts directly from that page. So say I find a really bad performing post that I want to take out of my queue, I'd have to manually search for it later to remove. Which completely defeats the purpose of this feature. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** Make sure you constantly add new content, and remove bad performing posts. It's easy to forget that automation is not always the best thing for engagement. Your primary posts should be made manually, and anything else can go on here. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is relying on automation to deliver a lot of the "filling" posts. By this I mean, I still manually post a lot of stuff, the most important content, but I keep a ton in my queue just to keep social active and in case on whatever day I am not able to post anything. Also for a lot of the promotion that is done repeatedly, I can set it up to the queue so I don't have to do it so many times. We have content that falls into 7 or 8 different categories. We have 10 different social accounts spread across 3 different brands. So we created a schedule where different types of content are posted across different profiles. Then we created 100 different evergreen posts, turned on Smarter Queue and then let it handle the rest. Authorizing accounts is easy and seamless. Creating new posts is very easy, especially when posting to multiple accounts with the same exact message. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** The biggest issue I found is that it is easy to create posts and a bit more difficult to go back and edit them. So you can create a single post and associate it with several social accounts. Because it creates a separate record for each post on each social profile, if you have to go back and edit them individually it can be a tedious process to find them all and edit them one by one. When creating new posts, it would be nice to have a way to enter separate UTM fields for each social channel if you create a post that crosses multiple accounts. Right now I have to set them all to "draft" and then go back and tweak the UTM parameters per post. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** The scheduling can get complex quickly...would recommend starting with a couple categories of content and a couple of profiles first. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SmarterQueue to automate our social media posting of evergreen content. The schedule is highly customizable, and I love that I can divide posts into different categories, and set a schedule for each one. Their visual schedule planner made it fun too. It could easily be a set it an forget kind of app. But if that's not your style and you like to keep your social feeds safe, it also offers post expiration times so that it only cycles a certain amount of time. You can also pause or delete your entire queue is you want a break to think about your strategy, or you want to start from trash. Another feature that's really cool is that you can view social accounts from people with a similar audience or people you follow and respost what they have shared all from within the app. It makes is so you don't have to hunt down articles or post that you want to share with your people. The bonus is that you can use their post as a framework for your own. Makes it suuuuper easy! **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** I don't love how the app looks. It isn't as pretty or clean looking as say, Buffer. I also wish it was easier to make sure that the same post doesn't post back to back.
