I love SmarterQueue's post recycling feature. I now have enough backlogged content that my social media profiles will be posting relevant content on autopilot for months. I also love their RSS import feature as this makes it very easy for me to find content to share from other blogs in my niche. The posting categories are wonderful, as well, as I have complete control over the frequency at which different types of content are posted - for example, I can make sure articles from my blog are being shared a certain number of times per week. Finally, the seasonal categories are great - this past holiday season, my social media accounts started automatically posting Christmas content without me having to touch them! There are some features still in development that will make the platform easier to use once they are finished. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete underperforming content from my queue directly from the "past posts" page where I'm able to view the analytics, but over time the development team has continued to make improvements of this sort. This program has an excellent capacity and ability to adapt social media programs in your own way and according to your needs. Authorizing the publication of content on social networks is quite simple and without any problem.

Its price is very cheap compared to others. It is possible to handle different content for many social networks at the same time and from the same place. I think it would be quite helpful if I had a mobile application to handle it from the cellular device. Sometimes it is a bit complicated to publish in some social networks, generally the one that gives more problems is Instagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As any Marketer would, what I love best is being able to program all of our content in advance. During all daily tasks, we really don't have the time to stay active in social media. SmarterQueue gives you the opportunity to try and program different A/B tests. You can vary the same post with different texts and/or images, then check the analytics and see which variation performed best, to then duplicate those results. I'd say it's the analytics. So you are able to see the performance of your posts in many different ways: most likes, least likes, most shares, least shares, etc. So in itself, it's a pretty good feature. However, I find it really annoying that I'm not able to remove posts directly from that page. So say I find a really bad performing post that I want to take out of my queue, I'd have to manually search for it later to remove. Which completely defeats the purpose of this feature. I've been using Smarterqueue for about a year, and have become a big fan. Not only is the software easy to set up and use, but the customer service is very responsive and welcomes feedback. It is tricky to post to Instagram via this platform. It will send an alert to your phone and then you have to copy the listing and the photo to be able to post it. That seems like 3 steps too many. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Out of all the social scheduling tools I use (which are a lot), this one is my favorite. It allows me to connect Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Bitly accounts, for multiple clients, and for a reasonable price. I love that I can make many different categories for my posts and schedule them in a calendar view (called a posting plan on the app).
