I like that you can also have text variations and that you can recycle material. I enjoy that you can schedule posts for specific times and days, which saves me time. Having it all in one platform is better because it lets me and my team preview the material before it gets posted, which leads to more customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Posting to Facebook, sometimes it gives an error that there has to be two lines of space between the words or between the paragraphs. And it's not clear how to fix that. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I still don't know what causes the error and that has made me miss out on posting on Facebook. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** SmarterQueue lets me schedule posts across multiple platforms, saving time from manual posting and streamlining content planning for clients. ### 2. All in all, it is a feature-rich environment that helps maintain our social media presence. This comes a great price point **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** It is not immediately obvious the sheer amount of things you can do with this platform. I think that could be improved **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to grow the audience of the charity alongside advertising at regular intervals for ongoing compaigns. It's easy to use, the content recycling option is a nice feature and I like the visual previews for posts. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** Sometimes pictures do not appear on posts exactly as they do in the preview feature. We've had to edit or redo a few posts due to unexpected photo cropping. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a time saver. Rather than having to individually log in to each SM channel, we can manage multiple channels from a single location. It's also nice that the analytics for posts are aggregated in a single location. ### 4. SmarterQueue for the win **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Veronica O. | Content Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2019 **What do you like best about SmarterQueue?** As any Marketer would, what I love best is being able to program all of our content in advance. During all daily tasks, we really don't have the time to stay active in social media. SmarterQueue gives you the opportunity to try and program different A/B tests. You can vary the same post with different texts and/or images, then check the analytics and see which variation performed best, to then duplicate those results. **What do you dislike about SmarterQueue?** I'd say it's the analytics. So you are able to see the performance of your posts in many different ways: most likes, least likes, most shares, least shares, etc. So in itself, it's a pretty good feature. However, I find it really annoying that I'm not able to remove posts directly from that page. So say I find a really bad performing post that I want to take out of my queue, I'd have to manually search for it later to remove. Which completely defeats the purpose of this feature. **Recommendations to others considering SmarterQueue:** Make sure you constantly add new content, and remove bad performing posts. It's easy to forget that automation is not always the best thing for engagement. Your primary posts should be made manually, and anything else can go on here. **What problems is SmarterQueue solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is relying on automation to deliver a lot of the "filling" posts. By this I mean, I still manually post a lot of stuff, the most important content, but I keep a ton in my queue just to keep social active and in case on whatever day I am not able to post anything. Also for a lot of the promotion that is done repeatedly, I can set it up to the queue so I don't have to do it so many times.
