Smart Contractor is great for setting up a project budget and tracking everything involved in the workflow process from start to finish. It gives great clarity to job costing as well as a live analysis of costs to date as well as forecasting. We sync with Quickbooks and the flow through to AP minimizes error in job costing and payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is a little clunky when moving from one module to the next. There are also limitations to what is seen in the reports module and we really wish we could add/remove data from reports instead of having fixed items. Also, if any items need to be reversed from Quickbooks, it's a multi-step process instead of one to two steps, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
