**What do you like best about Skreenbe?**

Skreenbe alloSkreenbe is a great online meetings tool. Working in the field of HR, I use Skreenbe to interview candidates. It was easy to use from day 1 - no downloading, no lengthy implementation. There was a quick setup - we named our domain and uploaded our company logo + picture - and we were ready for our interviews. 
I love the productivity features: I use Files to upload documents needed for the interview and as a team, we share Templates for roles that we frequently interview for. This helped us create a consistent and standardized interview process and saved us plenty of time. 
My favourite features are the personalized link and the automated report from each interview. Long forgotten are the times when we printed the CV for each interview and scribbled our handwritten notes on it! Skreenbe has helped us to completely digitalize our hiring process. 
We have quickly started to use it for our internal communication as well, as it is so easy to initiate a call and we can share the documents within the team. The customer support team is super responsive and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Skreenbe?**

Everything has been working well. In the future, we would perhaps like the report to be fully customizable.

**What problems is Skreenbe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the full transition to remote interviews, we were searching for a video conferencing platform that would unify our hiring process and make it more effective. Skreenbe did just that! It allows us to make our interviews more efficient and more engaging for the candidate. With the productivity and collaboration tools, we have managed to cut the time-to-hire by 25%. The branding is a cherry on the cake - it allowed us to showcase our brand and bring the wow factor to our candidates.
