The sales and service staff have been very supportive and wonderful to work with as well. So you can end up spending hundreds of dollars and not have any texts go out then when you call to ask them to reinstate they tell you they'll do it. Someone will call you back and they never do! What do you like best about Sinch MessageMedia?

We use Message Media to stay in contact with our Realtor clients and potential clients. It's all BtoB photography services. We have gained several new customers over the last six months and won back several more old customers. Multiple times, we have heard from existing customers that "I didn't know you offer that service to." It works so well for us that we may never send out print media again. Also, the system allows us to send a photo with the message which is huge for a photography company.

The customer service is aweome. You are working with a person that knows your account and not a call center. I highly recomended to everybody but my competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
