It's not too complicated once you get to know it. However, it does have a learning curve. For instance, in order to create a new IEP you have to lock the old one. Also, as the teacher I am responsible to create and share each new document as the administrator. So other collaborators can't work on the document until I do that. **Recommendations to others considering Simplify Special Programs:** I recommend having at least a half-day training available to anyone using the program for the first time. **What problems is Simplify Special Programs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to collaborate with others working on the same document ### 2. I have used several other software programs for writing IEP’s. The most recent updates allow for automatic saving while letting you have multiple people logged in and working on the document at the same time. It operates much like Google docs in that way. **What do you dislike about Simplify Special Programs?** There is no way to edit documents off-line that I am aware of. However that being said, the benefits seem to outweigh this downside. **What problems is Simplify Special Programs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for special education documents to be produced and edited as easily as possible ### 3. We are solving the problem of documents not all looking the same and meaning the same thing.
