What do you like best about Signals?

The ability to drill into visitors of your website, including the location, pages, time on page and abillity to then discover contacts at that company using profiles. I also like the webchat and website visitor flow you can build out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signals?

What do you like best about Signals?

I like that Signals is very intuitive and easy to use. The platform allows you to monitor signals in real time quickly and accurately, which makes decision making easier. What do you dislike about Signals?

The only thing that could be improved is the speed of data updates at certain times, as there is sometimes a slight delay. I would also like to see more flexible customization of notifications. What do you like best about Signals?

Signals has so many features that are usefull for so many different teams. My marketing team can use it for lead capture, or website visitor insights - My SDRs can schedule meetings and build new lists for outbound. Ultimately i think its a tool that has a ton of value that i'm still tapping into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signals?

I do think it takes time and dedication to get the most out of this tool. I'm working on a small team and lack the bandwidth to really dive into optimizing the platform in the way needed to really see the most value. Many of the capabilities and platform designs are unique to Signals, and I wish it were a little more standard / similar to other tools in my box so i could quickly optimize without having to re-learn the platform every time. What do you like best about Signals?

Signals is a great tool to help drive site engagement online. The tool isn't just a chatbot but it provides additional prospecting data and business email functionailty that allows us to campaign prospects directly from signals. But above all else is the support received from the Signals team. Our signals reps know their stuff and know the product. Their customer success team is proactive, constantly suggesting improvements, troubleshooting any issues, and helping us build and deploy new bots. Signals is a perfect extension of your team and is extremely focused on the success of your business. There are a few things I like about Signals, but at the forefront, their support and onboarding were world-class. As we were brought on, they kept regular weekly meetings on our calendars to ensure a smooth adoption of their software. I also like some of the various insightful charts. What do you like best about Signals?

I love the insights Signals provides about visitors to my website and the variety of use cases for the chat bot. Not only can I set it to watch for ideal customers landing on my website, Signals also helps me refine my ICP based on site visits. Their customer success team is extremely helpful and has worked closely with me thorughout the implementation process. They have made integration of a technical process easy through their UX/UI and customer success follow up. They are a chat/call away and I feel a high level of support. They have also provided several resources to help me employ best practices in the application of their software - e.g. email marketing best practices to follow up with visitors to my site. Their automated functionality will make managing email campaigns easy. Finally, I never miss a beat with automated daily update emails. Overall, very well done! What do you like best about Signals?

Signals has been a game changer for our team. It has given me insight into our potential customers and I am now able to engage with organizations who are ready to talk. The bot has been terrific and customers can schedule demos directly on the page with my calendar link. I am always discovering new features and functionality to get even more from the tool. Everyone I have interacted with on the Signal's team have been responsive, helpful and down to earth. A pleasure to work with! When I have had issues they have been resolved within 24-48 hours if not sooner. They are super helpful on making suggestions and showing me how to maximize the tool. A friend called me just today who was trying to get more business intelligence and automation for her sales team and I didn't hesitate to recommend Signals to her.
