**What do you like best about Atonom?**

The ability to drill into visitors of your website, including the location, pages, time on page and abillity to then discover contacts at that company using profiles. I also like the webchat and website visitor flow you can build out.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Trying to develop the playrunners and all the back end stuff. It's much easier to get help from Signals to build it out then do it yourself.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In depth understaning of the business customers visting my website and helpful information about them. Using Signal's tools, you can compile data about your visitors and then develop marketing strategies and deeper prospecting.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

I like that Signals is very intuitive and easy to use. The platform allows you to monitor signals in real time quickly and accurately, which makes decision making easier. In addition, the interface is quite user-friendly, which improves the user experience. Customer support is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The only thing that could be improved is the speed of data updates at certain times, as there is sometimes a slight delay. I would also like to see more flexible customization of notifications. However, these are minor details compared to the overall benefits.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signals is solving the problem of lack of real-time monitoring of critical data, making it easier to quickly identify important trends and alerts.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Signals has so many features that are usefull for so many different teams. My marketing team can use it for lead capture, or website visitor insights - My SDRs can schedule meetings and build new lists for outbound. Ultimately i think its a tool that has a ton of value that i'm still tapping into.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

I do think it takes time and dedication to get the most out of this tool. I'm working on a small team and lack the bandwidth to really dive into optimizing the platform in the way needed to really see the most value. Many of the capabilities and platform designs are unique to Signals, and I wish it were a little more standard / similar to other tools in my box so i could quickly optimize without having to re-learn the platform every time.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing more leads - though i wouldn't say we're capturing MORE with the tool at this point, most people who talk to the bot have also already submitted a form.

Signals has notably improved our sales interactions at Zonos. It excels in sharpening our conversations, is user-friendly, and offers really insightful analytics. It's now a vital element in our lead generation. I'd surely recommend it to any sales team aiming to enhance their customer engagement and boost sales effectiveness.

Understanding the process might require some time since it involves complex tasks and numerous company guidelines.

Signals is really helping us at Zonos to connect better with our customers. It simplifies finding and understanding our ideal customers, so we can talk to the right people about what they really need. For us, a company that's all about making international trade easier, this means we're solving the right problems for the right customers. In short, Signals is making our customer conversations not just better, but more effective, by helping us focus on those who will benefit most from what we offer.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Signals is a great tool to help drive site engagement online. The tool isn't just a chatbot but it provides additional prospecting data and business email functionailty that allows us to campaign prospects directly from signals. But above all else is the support received from the Signals team. Our signals reps know their stuff and know the product. Often times they propose and implement changes (with our sign off) that boost our engagement even more!

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Nothing is alarming. They are doing a lot of work to simplify and modernize the administrative experience of the software which is nice but there are no major issues with signals at all!

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signals powers our chatbot that allows prospects on our site to chat live with a sales rep, leave there contact info, and even allows them to book meetings with our reps.

Signals make it easy and effortless to build and implement chatbot playbooks. Their customer success team is proactive, constantly suggesting improvements, troubleshooting any issues, and helping us build and deploy new bots. Signals is a perfect extension of your team and is extremely focused on the success of your business. They also teach you how to benefit and implement their feature releases like intent data or live chat support.

I wish they would ID the exact person visiting your website vs. just the buying committee.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

There are a few things I like about Signals, but at the forefront, their support and onboarding were world-class. As we were brought on, they kept regular weekly meetings on our calendars to ensure a smooth adoption of their software. I also like some of the various insightful charts. I feel like I have a secret tool for knowing which leads are visiting our site.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The workflow setup can leave you scratching your head at times, but it isn't impossible to figure out. And their support is there every step of the way.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Signals solves for us is to know which qualified leads are visiting our site, but not taking the step to reach out to our sales team. Their customized chatbot and alert system allows our BDRs to instantly hop on with a prospect, it also routes any visitors who may not be a sales lead to the right landing page, which saves our sales guys some time.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

I love the insights Signals provides about visitors to my website and the variety of use cases for the chat bot. Not only can I set it to watch for ideal customers landing on my website, Signals also helps me refine my ICP based on site visits. Their customer success team is extremely helpful and has worked closely with me thorughout the implementation process. They have made integration of a technical process easy through their UX/UI and customer success follow up. They are a chat/call away and I feel a high level of support. They have also provided several resources to help me employ best practices in the application of their software - e.g. email marketing best practices to follow up with visitors to my site. Their automated functionality will make managing email campaigns easy. Finally, I never miss a beat with automated daily update emails. Overall, very well done!

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

It took several meetings with Signals for me to undertsand the big picture of their software and all of the ways it can benefit my company. I was willing to give the time because it came highly recommended by a friend.

The Signals chatbot provides additional opportunities for potential clients to convert and/or learn more about our services on our website. Signals also provides insights into the types of companies landing on our website each day, which guides our outreach and creates warmer intros to companies who could be interested in our services.

The product is very easy to use, set up was farily quick which is helpful.  Integtrating into our other tools was not challenging. All this was was dramatically easier as we had the support needed from the team at Signals.

Not too many downsides, very efficient at a fair price

Signals is helping us nurture requests from the site in an efficient manner. The chatbot allows engaged/interested visitors to learn more about our product and book meeting times quickly.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Signals has been a game changer for our team.  It has given me insight into our potential customers and I am now able to engage with organizations who are ready to talk.  The bot has been terrific and customers can schedule demos directly on the page with my calendar link.  I am always discovering new features and functionality to get even more from the tool.  Everyone I have interacted with on the Signal's team have been responsive, helpful and down to earth.  A pleasure to work with!  When I have had issues they have been resolved within 24-48 hours if not sooner.  They are super helpful on making suggestions and showing me how to maximize the tool.  A friend called me just today who was trying to get more business intelligence and automation for her sales team and I didn't hesitate to recommend Signals to her.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

No downsides.  A bit of a learning curve to really maximize the functionality but they are patient educators who work with me to accomplish my desired outcomes.  Plus there are loads of help tools and resources within the tool.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I had no insight into which organizations were showing buying signals and this was leading to lengthy buying cycles and cold emails that went unanswered.  Now it is like I have a crystal ball to know when and how to engage potential customers based upon their interactions, web visits and downloads.  People can schedule demos with me right from the tool meaning I'm getting higher quality leads in the door when they are ready to buy.  We interviewed several vendors in our quest for intent data and more automation and Signals was easily the best fit for our needs.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Signals provides a very intuitive software that not only helps with chatsbots being able to affectively communicate to your website visitors, but also gives marketers a great analytic tool to capture data for sales. I would highly recommend using them to know the best target audiences that come to your website. Their Customer Support is top of the line, and are very friendly and making sure we know how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

I've already communicated this to Signals, but to fine tune who is coming to our website with any sort of IP pollution from IPs crossing. They are working on something to improve that.

Signals is helping us know who is coming to our website with Lead intelligence and letting us know who our buyer is and how long they spend on our website.

Chatfunnels can identify the accounts currently on the website and provide real-time information on them while in the chat and after the conversation, or even if you haven't had the conversation.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Being able to only see the company but the person from the company.  Since companies have 1000's of employees it's only half the information needed. However, if the chat person gives their email address during the chat then you have all the information needed.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now I know in real time what companies are on the website and how often they visit, and what pages they are most interested in. We can concentrate on the highest performing pages for revision cycles.

I recently signed up for a handful of marketing services and hands down, signals was the easiest to implement and get ROI quickly.  Their team was always there to help me in utilizing the tool.

It is a pretty high cost but the different uses make up for the cost.

Signals is an intuitive and powerful platform.  It centralizes and allows you to manage prospects that are visiting your site.  You can create a custom experience for your prospects to tailor the experience to their needs.  It centralizes in a single pane of glass the experience and journey of your prospects on your site.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The only "dislike" I have with signals is the fact that it is endlessly customizable.  This is also one of the reasons I love the product.  It gives you the ability to really focus on your customers.  Just be prepared to really dive in!

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signals has helped our team streamline our processes.  We are not longer getting basic email reporting about who has been on our site.  Not only can we see who is visiting and what pages they are visiting, but we can pull information about the prospect.  From here we can tailor our messaging to the prospect.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

It's been great to be able to engage with customers right when they hop on our site (via chat), without having to wait until they fill out a form or just hoping they fill out a form. It's also very insightful to know which companies are visiting our site.

The Signals team has been great to work with--we definitely feel supported whenever questions come up. They are also very responsive when it comes to product recommendations we have. 

Signals was incredibly easy to set up--just a few button clicks. It also integrates well with Salesforce, which is important for our team.

Signals has a wide range of capabilities, which can be somewhat overwhelming when starting, but the team is more than happy to consult with / support you to get it set up according to your needs.

Its capability to be more than just chat. I absolutely love the functionality of the chat and it's easy to build a flow, but the game-changer for me is the website reveal. Companies visiting your pages and it revealing who they are, what pages they visited and more. When you tie that into your CRM it's a gold mine of information.

I am not a huge fan of the chat functionality and just like any chatbot it does require a good amount of time to manage.

It helps us be more effecient with our conversions and helps us identify new ICP accounts visiting us and then personalizing those messages to be unique to them.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

Signals has a full suite of functionality to help enable our global ABX & chat strategies. They also have the best support team that I've ever interacted with. They are fully committed to your success as a client and will always go above and beyond to ensure you are able to execute on your plan. 

Just recently, we were hosting a major event that involved a live chat component. We made the decision less than 24 hours before the event to use Signals for that functionality. Their team went above and beyond and helped us build, test and deploy the solution onto our site in less than 2 hours. Then they held an impromptu training with our support team lead. Ultimately, the event was a huge success and was only possible because of the incredible Signals support team.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

There isn't anything that I've experienced in my time with Signals that I dislike. We're on their consulting package so their team works with us to proactively identify and solve any issues.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signals is helping us solve a few main problems at Enterprise scale. 

The first is targeted contact acquisition. We've set up an ICP in platform and are now able to acquire contacts matching that ICP when they hit our site.
The second is live chat. We've utilized Signals for live chat on our pricing and product page, and we've utilized them for live support chat during our largest event of the year.
The last is insights into web traffic. They enable us to send instant alerts to sales reps when someone hits our site, and then allows the rep to immediately hop into a conversation with that contact, all in the same platform.

Signals helped us create alerts that build a type of notification for our ICP accounts to our teams. So we can be anywhere and get a text message that an ICP account is on our site and we can then engage with them when they are there.

Figuring out all the new tools and ideas to create a fantastic flow is a lot but so worth the time and effort to build it right.

We had issues identifying when our marketing efforts were really working, but now we have a proactive case use with Signals in making that proactive approach.

Information is quick, easy integration with Hubspot, support & onboarding has been terrific.  There's a LOT to take in, and Signals does a nice job of feeding one bite at a time.  If there's a bug, Signals is Uber-quick to fix it.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The concept of playbooks and bots can be a bit much all at once, but it's easier to digest in small bits.  We had some sloppiness in Hubspot that we had to clear before we could fully utilize Signals, but that's a company issue instead of a software issue.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't know who was coming to our site, nor from where.  Having this information in an easy to use format is helpful.

The support team, I also like how user friendly the software is and  also the text and email notifications you receive from incoming chats. Compatible with mobile too!

I haven't come across any downsides so far, everything is working as it should be for my day to day activities

Signals is allowing us to communicate with customers visiting our website and it gives us notifications when a visitor wants to talk. It allows us to quickly deal with customer enquiries quicker.

The best part about Signals is the team. I feel like they genuinely care about my success. Apart from that, I love being able to intelligently engage with my potential customers.

They're a young company and sometimes their youth shows. However, they've been quick to address any issues I run into and either provide a reasonable workaround or a fix from their engineering team in a very timely manner.

I run a small business. I need to know who is visiting my website and to be able to engage with them intelligently. Signals helps me do that. I'm able to know which companies are showing intent, capture leads when I'm offline, and help move them down the sales funnel.

I love that ChatFunnels is built with the needs of our sales team and our marketing team in mind. The chat features are excellent, giving our sales reps all the information they need to engage with visitors in chat, and the segmenting and building features have been excellent for our marketing team. The reporting section has a dashboard for agent performance that our sales leadership loves as well as a dashboard for assessing the effectiveness of the automation built by our marketers.

I don't like that ChatFunnels will only send notifications and reports to users within their system. We have a lot of interested parties at our company who would love access to view the data and results that are being driven by ChatFunnels even though they don't need a paid license.

Great data insights. Initially, I thought this was just a chat app, but I stand very corrected. It's a suite of individual and account insights that detail the insights you need in account-based marketing for deep prospect analysis. Accounts that are more useful than most b2b and ABM sales enablement SAAS. Hugely recommended.

Not much. Users should be aware it's got a learning curve to match its features, and I have seen some b2b insights that didn't align with anonymized site traffic. Still, that challenge applies to all intent insights providers experience when trying to ID traffic based on IP.

I'm not a computer scientist, or even a data scientist.  I'm not in operations.   I'm a designer, I make things look pretty.  So I'll admit I was a little nervous about building out the capabilities that ChatFunnels has.  It was significantly easier than I thought it would be.  At some point, we made decided that it made the most sense to have the ChatFunnels team come in and manage ChatFunnels for us.  They've been amazing.  Easy to work with and they know what they are doing.  We have regular calls where I tell them what I envision for ChatFunnels, and they are able to make it happen or suggest a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do.  They have been super responsive to

I can't think of anything here.  As I said earlier, I'm not really technically savy, so there was a learning curve.  That being said, after just a few minutes of coaching, and having the ChatFunnels so responsive that wasn't really a problem at all.

The customization of our ICP (Auto Pulled From our SalesForce) to the bots we have built from templates has been very helpful. Setting up with the ChatFunnels friendly CS team was smooth and easy too as they recorded it for us to follow back. Along with they sent personal emails with follow-up items. The customer-facing bots have been easy to manipulate with what works best for us and the integrations right in the bot for SalesForce are pivotal for us as we want to start the communication correctly. Also, the SalesForce integration is better than most others I have seen and that is very helpful.

The Knowledge Base is honestly pretty lackluster, but I spoke with the team and they have a full plan they are now working to improve this self-serve option.

Our biggest problem before ChatFunnels was getting to the leads quickly, as we had too many internal human touch steps. We didn't have enough automation and we also had lead follow-up timing issues. ChatFunnels has allowed us to see exactly who is poking around our website, even if they don't engage with the bot!  Then it alerts my sales team that our ideal customer or one of their assigned customers is on the site in real-time.  This has been a game changer for both the sales and marketing teams.  

The Sales team loves it too because they don't have to go do research for contacts at those accounts.  Chatfunnels puts their contact information back into Salesforce for us.

The integration with SalesForce is the best we've seen.  It puts data back into the CRM so our marketing teams can continue to 

I was most nervous about implementation.  We just didn't have the time to dive into building out a new tool; after using other chat solutions, I was worried it would be overly complicated and clunky.  It wasn't.  

The Customer Success team implementation was easy.  Unlike some other ChatBots/Intent tools, building out the bots and automation was intuitive.  It's been drag and drop.  Their system is built for testing and trying new things.  

 If and when I've needed assistance, I've just used the ChatFunnels bot on their own web page to talk to the support team, and they've been VERY fast to respond.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

The only thing I dislike is that we didn't find them sooner.  We could have used them years ago.  Any concerns or hiccups that we've had have been quickly resolved.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problems were twofold: 1. knowing when target accounts were on our website 2. Getting data that we can do something about to go after those accounts.
We've seen plenty of solutions that tell us who visited our site last week, but only ChatFunnels has been able to alert my sales team that their dream account is on the website right now (alerts), giving them a way to interact in real-time (the Chatbot), and given the sales rep more contact data to sell to the entire buying committee.
We find that our reps are able to act on the website intel, and they aren't spending time hunting on the web trying to figure out who to reach out to.

We are wildly in love with the service and customization option get using the system. Our goal has been to pull details from a prospect level and then step into the creep factor just a bit by reaching out to visitors and the buying party. We are a local food pantry charity and we use the Chat Funnels system to help us identify who is coming onto our site and looking to donate, we can then take this info and use the look-up features and identify people from these companies that are our donation organizers like and we start emailing them and we get great responses. This has also helped is to chat with volunteers that want to come to help out with our services and has helped us to be able to work with them when they are ready to speak to us.

Using Chatfunnels has helped reduce our sales cycle. The real-time alerts notify our agents not just when visitors come to the site, but we can also separate them using our CRM data to notify agents when their Open Opps are on the site.

Overall, agents love the chat but could be improved by having visibility when another agent is typing so agents don't send a message at the same time.

We really wanted a way to get all BDRS, SDRs, and AEs inside the system and get alerts. The alerts allow them to know when companies they are working with are on the site. **What do you like best about Atonom?**

Google Reporting only shows us that some came to the site but not who they work for and who they are, but now with these tools, we can identify these companies and then start marketing to them very differently and very direct. We even set up a few bots to run just for these companies as they are our ideal clients and we want to be more aggressive with them.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

We are getting way more info than before but we would love to be able to get the name of people without them interacting with bots but we know that is a far stretch ask and no company can do that right now.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying people on our site and new age marketing to the next level. We also are now able to communicate with site visitors faster and right from the page.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

I love the chatbot flows, drag & drop simplicity, and features... but the onboarding, training & CS is unparalleled in the space. They've been great to work with ever since the first time we engaged with them via their chatbot. I was super impressed that their sales team utilize their own system to get the demo and close the deal. They believe in their tools, and they use them well, which is inspiring for our brand to push the great features to our visitors.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

I wish there was an "autosave" feature. A few times I've forgotten to save, and it's a bit weird to manually save every time. The only feature I've requested is the ability to push conversion data into the ad platforms themselves (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc). But to be fair, no chatbot that I'm aware of has this.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a chatbot with advanced features that integrate with our CRM, give us lots of options for conditional branch paths that are easy to use and less common, and their calendaring system is the best I've seen from any platform (and I'm a Drift power user with 3 years experience). By far the best calendar system.

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

We love the data that ChatFunnels is able to provide about our site traffic and segments regardless of whether a visitor engages with a chatbot or not. We get to stay informed when our target accounts hit the site and we get the buying committees of our ICP companies automatically sent over to our CRM in real time.

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

I wish there was a stronger reporting dashboard built out for PlayRunner. The current reporting built out in ChatFunnels is great for chatbots, but since we aren't super focused on chatbots, that reporting isn't as useful for us.

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really didn't know very much about our web traffic before starting with ChatFunnels, but now we have great data to help inform our marketing and sales efforts!

**What do you like best about Atonom?**

We needed more alerts to get us on chatting with people, we are not using all their features yet but will in time. The thing we like the best is being able to get an alert anytime we want in the bot working

**What do you dislike about Atonom?**

Lots of items to learn, but the team is quick to respond and knowledgeable. Also, they don't have an app but they told us they have added it to the list of features to look into and helped us get a Link saved on the desktop that opens right to the chat

**What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to be told about people on our site and when they started chatting with us. We needed good alerts to get us to start chatting before people left the site.
