I pay much more per month for much less service and therefore quality, so I don't see how I could be happy. **What do you dislike about Shopware?** everything takes much longer, lots of features that were integrated before are only available with expensive and non-performing plug ins. working with shopware 5/6 has become an everyday chore: checking payments, changing an invoice, downloading the month's invoices, updating the site, changing the 1st banner on the homepage. Everything has become complicated and expensive. We test in the last years many other system and also XT-Commerce was was having a few shops over the past year. they was always better to place in the searchengines. but on the end we belive shopware 6 ist the best system we can use for us. Also you can do most updates by your own where you need to pay 2500 bucks by XT-commerce every time. **What do you dislike about Shopware?** To take a higher licence then the community edition makes after one year of expierence no sence. Because most of the cases i would say 8 from 10 they close the case without that we have a solution. Verry sad. from all cases druing 12 month mostly only 2-3 was answert that we cut solve it. There are an extremely large number of extensions/plugins that can be used to integrate missing features. **What do you dislike about Shopware?** Shopware simply changes the license models. First, the plans for the store itself were changed, which fortunately remained affordable, but now the plugin manufacturers are forced by Shopware to offer rental plans. As a result, our monthly costs have tripled from €500 to €1500.
