We switched from Magento 1 to Shopware because our previous system was technically at the end of its lifecycle and customizations were becoming increasingly complex and expensive. At the same time, we needed a stable and well-documented connection to Xentral as the central ERP system. Shopware solves this problem by offering a modern, flexibly expandable shop platform that integrates very well with Xentral. This allowed us to fully digitize our processes, reduce manual work, and implement updates and customizations much faster. Overall, our shop system is more flexible in operation today.
