What do you like best about Shopware?

Excellent shop system with high flexibility

We have been using Shopware for our online shop Müller Small Living for many years and are extremely satisfied with the current version Shopware 6.

As a manufacturer of high-quality furniture "Made in Germany", it is essential for us to have a powerful and flexible shop system. Shopware 6 offers us exactly that: intuitive operation, modern technology and extensive customisation options. We were particularly impressed by the simple integration of our furniture configurator (pCon), which our customers can use to design customised products.

Another highlight is the modular structure, which enables us to continuously develop our shop and adapt it to new requirements. We also appreciate the strong community and the reliable support, which is always on hand to help us with questions or new challenges.

We can recommend Shopware 6 without reservation - a powerful, future-proof and flexible system for companies that want to run their e-commerce professionally.

What problems is Shopware solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shopware 6 primarily solves the problem of flexibility and scalability in our online shop. Thanks to its modular structure, we can make individual customizations without having to sacrifice updates or new features.

The intuitive user interface makes daily tasks easier for our team—from managing products to handling orders. We particularly value the extensive SEO capabilities, which help us improve the visibility of our products and increase traffic.

Additionally, we benefit from the multi-channel functionality, allowing us to easily list products across multiple platforms simultaneously. Overall, Shopware 6 has made our internal processes more efficient and boosted our revenue by providing our customers with a modern and user-friendly shopping experience. Drag & Drop for experience worlds / page builder, high flexibility & adaptability, large plugin ecosystem, marketing and content functions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopware?

Too few standard features. Plugins only by subscription. High price. Cost-intensive maintenance. Always new functional problems (like with the update to 6.7, updates are only visible after manually clearing the cache). What problems is Shopware solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from Magento 1 to Shopware because our previous system was technically at the end of its lifecycle and customizations were becoming increasingly complex and expensive. At the same time, we needed a stable and well-documented connection to Xentral as the central ERP system.

Shopware solves this problem by offering a modern, flexibly expandable shop platform that integrates very well with Xentral. This allowed us to fully digitize our processes, reduce manual work, and implement updates and customizations much faster. Overall, our shop system is more flexible in operation today.
