I like the easy operation and the quick support from Shopgate. I especially appreciate the fast creation of a mobile app, which opens up a new additional channel for me. What I like best is the combination of strong technical competence and long-term reliability. That's not really a dislike, but everybody should be aware what shopware is and what it is not. It is a out of the box app solution for your online shop (best case: Shopware or shopify) which includes the essential shopping functionality.

It is not an individual app which has every feature you'll ever need or your shop is offering. That might cost 6 figure in development and months of work.
