My overall experience with AppMySite was extremely negative. Not only was the service unsatisfactory, but I was also charged €938.98 instead of the originally agreed €186.89 a massive, unauthorized increase. VAGUE UNCLEAR INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO SIGNING UP - The website makes it seem as if you just create an app and easily publish to Apple and Google. This is not the case. You also need to have a Google Developer Account as well as an iOS developer account. The iOS account is 99/yr through apple.

SLOW, USELESS SUPPORT - my support tickets were slow to be answered, rarely resolved, and more or less told me it was my fault for not knowing how their software works and not knowing about the App Publishing processes with Apple and Google. But, they advertise this as the easy simple solution and you don't need to know those things. I do now, but it's been a painstaking process.

PRICE HIKE OF 521% - We signed up for this service September 4, 2024 at a rate of $228 per year for the Pay-per-app Pro Yearly. This service was missing some of the advertised features and they claimed they were not responsible for errors on their website (WHAT?). on September 27, 2024 I got an email titled "We're updating our product pricing" with vague word salad trying to justify the increase without actually saying how much they're increasing. The new price is now $129/mo paid monthly or $99/mo paid annually, which is what we did before except $1,188 which is an annual increase of $960 for the SAME PRODUCT. No new features. I was notified of new features, but they are only available on the highest plan.

The designing and building part of the process is easy and straight forward. HOWEVER, design and functionality is extremely limited and you are bound to a very vanilla cookie cutter type format.

Compiling builds and exporting apps is easy, and probably the only positive note about this entire experience.

I am more than happy to provide anyone with my ticket history and communications with this company as proof of my claims.

Worst customer service ever. Even when paid. Changed subscription from $49 to $390 a month. Did this without communication, no reposne to countless questions about it. The app development process has been made easy with the help of AppMySite. However, I feel that it would be even better if they could assist more in actually publishing your iOS or Android apps on both stores - especially since this website is run by two different entities which may make integration difficult at times but there are still resources available online for learning how to apply either Apple's iTunes Store Or Google Play Stores! Extreme easy to use and connect to an already existing WordPress website.

Very easy to understand and impliment Push Notifications (The main use of the App we required).

Designer is nice and easy to use, but sometimes doesn't update correctly.

Being able to autopublish after first upload to Apple/iOS is a game changer for frequent updates.
