Shopgate replica of my website with a mobile version (responsive) **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Bacchus W. | Member, Wine and Spirits, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2017 **What do you like best about Shopgate?** The color scheme is very good 100% to my website and navigation is good too! **What do you dislike about Shopgate?** The fees are a bit stiff monthly + discount more so if traffic would be at a high volume. Some vendors do not offer a big discount so if you get say 15% -20% discount on your purchase 7% (to keep monthly fee "reasonable) is a bit high -- of course if **Recommendations to others considering Shopgate:** Updates to improve the program should be implement automatically like with a click yes or no and advantages or something. Overall I have had very little issues with the software . I do updates on the website and it syncs automatically or if you want it right away there is a click you can press to achieve it. **What problems is Shopgate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Offering a mobile friendly version of our website on top of the desktop version ### 2. There are many great features in Shopgate. **What do you dislike about Shopgate?** It a bit difficult to get in touch with someone for help. I would like it better if we had an account manager, that periodically touched base and let us know what new features Shopgate had to offer. **What problems is Shopgate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shopgate has filled the void of a responsive website. ### 3. In general the app is carefree and seamless! **What do you dislike about Shopgate?** Occasionally our plugin requires an update. We notice because it just stops syncing.
