What do you like best about Shirofune?

It's easier to see what's going on with multiple clients' daily spending because Shirofune lists them on the dashboard in a very visual way. We used to spend about 30 to 60 minutes a day on this, but now it's down to half that. Plus, since we're consolidating reports from different ad platforms into one data set, we can get a better handle on clients' overall ad spend. What do you dislike about Shirofune?

What problems is Shirofune solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we get more clients, it gets harder to keep track of how much we're spending and make the right adjustments. With Shirofune, we can cut down on this work. It's easy to see how things are going, and the adjustments are made automatically, so we can manage our budgets more precisely than we could before. The more clients we have, the more we save time, which is great for our agency. This has led to each person being able to handle more clients, which has increased productivity (the number of clients managed has increased by 1.5 to 2 times). What do you like best about Shirofune?

What problems is Shirofune solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small company, it's tough to find the time to manage clients' ads. Once Shirofune is up and running, we only need to check it for about ten minutes a week, and Shirofune handles the rest.

We get requests from customers, but we've had to turn them down because we don't have the resources or expertise. Thanks to Shirofune, we can now accept these requests. We've learned a lot about web advertising, and we've seen some great results. "No More Platform-Specific Budgets"

What do you like best about Shirofune?

We manage Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. Before, we set budgets for each platform separately, but now we focus on conversion-based management. We stopped setting budgets per platform and configured it to automatically adjust across all platforms. The allocated budgets per platform have changed a lot, and our CPA has gone down by over 10%. What do you like best about Shirofune?

- It is VERY useful to have a parameter master automatically created when linking CV indicators from the measurement tool to Shirofune. By automating this process, we are able to avoid the risk of reporting errors due to missing updates that can occur when manually linking parameters.

We're pretty happy with the cost-effectiveness of just reducing the operational workload through Shirofune's automation alone. But we think a manual on how to adjust the account structure of ad platforms to better utilize Shirofune's automation might have helped us spend less time on the impelmentation. My goal is to reduce the number of human hours spent on ad operations while maintaining the quality of it.

Shirofune's automation makes adjustments more often than human operations, so the tool not only reduces man-hours by replacing operations, but also helps ads perform better. For example, it can reduce CPA by 20% by making adjustments more often in our case. This tool helps improve ad performance, like a 20% reduction in CPA, by making operations more flawless. What do you like best about Shirofune?

We're using all sorts of features, but let me tell you, the "Numerical Reports" are our go-to.

They make it super easy to match up our own data with ad platform stats automatically, giving us insights we wouldn't normally see on the ad platform consoles. And the best part? We can whip up those slick, easy-to-read reports with just a click. No more sweating over those tedious number-crunching tasks!

Plus, the automated bidding and budget management features have been a game-changer. They've really stepped up our game on most projects, saving us a ton of time and keeping our satisfaction levels through the roof. We're all about that efficiency these days! What do you dislike about Shirofune?

While there are no major complaints, if I were to mention one thing regarding the Numerical Reports feature, it would be highly beneficial if "Reach" could also be included in the reporting scope. I understand that this may be challenging as many ad platforms do not provide API access for Reach metrics, but considering that many clients use Reach as a key performance indicator (KPI), including it would further enhance coverage.

What do you like best about Shirofune?

We used to outsource this to external agencies, but with Shirofune, we've started managing it in-house. This switch has really helped us to understand online ads better, and it's also given us a wider range of ideas to share with our clients. Plus, we've seen improvements in CPC and CPA. What do you dislike about Shirofune?

You can link with Meta ads, but you can't choose campaign objectives like "Leads" or "Sales." Also, if you make changes on the Meta side, they won't show up in Shirofune. So, you need to remember what you changed to avoid resubmitting old data.
