Who is ServiceTitan pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews of ServiceTitan, pricing is best suited for growth-focused small to mid-market trades contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction with 10 or more technicians actively scaling revenue. G2 reviewers describe ServiceTitan as purpose-built for businesses wanting to grow from six to eight figures, not operators seeking basic dispatch digitization. Mid-market construction and consumer services companies dominate the high-satisfaction reviews. Startups, solo operators, and businesses with one or two technicians are explicitly warned off by multiple G2 reviewers, with one noting ServiceTitan is not designed for small businesses and another citing a misleading sales process targeting an unfit customer segment.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of ServiceTitan?

ServiceTitan offers no free tier or publicly listed pricing tiers according to G2's pricing data for ServiceTitan. All access is through custom enterprise quotes. G2 reviewers consistently flag that core functionality requires a significant base subscription, with advanced capabilities like Marketing Pro, Dispatch Pro, Phones Pro, Pricebook Pro, and the Max automation program sold as separate paid add-ons under individual contracts. Multiple G2 reviewers specifically request a tiered pricing structure so smaller operators can access ServiceTitan at lower entry points. Prospective buyers should expect negotiated annual contracts with no self-serve or freemium entry path.

Is ServiceTitan considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly describe ServiceTitan's pricing as premium but defensible for growth-oriented trades businesses. High ratings coexist with frequent cost complaints, a pattern signaling a premium investment rather than poor value. Multiple G2 reviewers note ServiceTitan is the most expensive FSM option, estimated at double to eight times competitors, yet still chose it. Value materializes through consolidated platforms replacing multiple tools, dispatch efficiency, and KPI visibility. The add-on Pro products (Marketing Pro, Dispatch Pro, Phones Pro) draw consistent criticism for separate contracts and steep incremental costs. Small businesses on tight margins report the hardest time justifying ServiceTitan's pricing, while scaling mid-market contractors report strong ROI.

What do you like best about ServiceTitan?

fast dispatch software and ability to record calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceTitan?

Stay away from ServiceTitan. It’s extremely overpriced. I’ve been a customer for the past few years, and when they imported my database, they lost thousands of my customers and duplicated the entire database. It was a complete nightmare.

The situation was so bad that they fired the person responsible for the import and told me it was the worst import in the company’s history.

They also offer products like Market Pro and Schedule Pro — don’t waste your money. With Market Pro, I signed a one-year contract and was told I’d get the first six months free. Later, I found out they doubled the cost for the last six months.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. There’s no one you can call directly. You have to email everyone and wait for a response, which may not come for weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
