**What do you like best about ServiceManager?**

I like how ServiceManager brings returns and repairs into one simple, end-to-end workflow. It’s easy to use, scalable, and works just as well for small teams as it does for global operations.

**What do you dislike about ServiceManager?**

ServiceManager already offers great flexibility through configurable rules and workflows. One area of improvement could be making the initial setup more intuitive, so new users can get started faster without much guidance.

**What problems is ServiceManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well if you need to track and analyze what's happening with your inventory and product quantity, ServiceManager has got your back. Its reporting capabilities are top-notch, giving you valuable insights into how your operations are performing.

**What do you like best about ServiceManager?**

Service Manager is a centralized software by which I can Perform 3PL operations, integration of  my jobs and enhance efficiency.It is very easy to implement which is easily understand by new one.It provides real-time visualization of  services, shipments, and inventory, facilitating prompt, data-driven decisions which helps on operation.Service Manager uphold communication and collaboration and ensure team members and clients are in agreement. It has many customization options which  adapt to our unique needs, and its scalability accommodates growth. It has  user-friendly interface reduces training time, contributing to our success. It has best responsive Customer Support which enhance its value.These values make it frequently usage than their competitor.

**What do you dislike about ServiceManager?**

Service Manager has no doubt to provide best 3PL operation but it has some sort of limitations which are essential to acknowlege.First the initial learning curve getting more time investement for becoming fully proficient.Secondly the cost of subscription is quite high which is can be a concern for budget-conscious small organizations.. Despite these downsides, Service Manager's advantages often overcome these limitations by  making it a valuable tool for our 3PL services.

**What problems is ServiceManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Manger address many critical business challanges, such as operational inefficiencies,real-time visibility,data analytics,communication and collaboration.Ultimately, Service Manager plays a vital role in resolving the challenge of optimizing our 3PL services and enhancing overall operational efficiency, which is good for our business success.

**What do you like best about ServiceManager?**

I prefer ServiceManager for its centralized management, workflow maintenance, and its analytics capabilities. It has helped me a lot in designing and maintaining the workflow.

**What do you dislike about ServiceManager?**

ServiceManager is a complex software and needs highly skilled people for working. When I was new to the software, it took me long to learn and practise the tool. So, I would recommend to make it easier to understand and less complex.

**What problems is ServiceManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceManager has helped me improve the overall performance of my team and utilization of the resources and inventory. It has also helped me to regulate my tasks and manage my time well. I also used ServiceManager for drawing out the trends of the management of out inventory and could make important data drive decisions throug it. So, it has really been very useful for me and I believe it can be useful for E-commerce based companies with large infrastructure.

**What do you like best about ServiceManager?**

Well, I think that the strength of Service manager is its ability to unify 3PL operation in one place. This is one stop shop for our logistic providing us visibility on our services, deliveries and stock. With its integrations, user friendly interface, and scalability features, operations become easier. As we grow, it’s a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about ServiceManager?**

I admit it to be bluntly; the learning process had some ups and downs. We found it difficult to become accustomed. The subscription costs might also pose concern to our smaller team due to its tight budget.

**What problems is ServiceManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ServiceManager tackles inefficiencies head-on. It provides us with such crystal clear ‘real time’ view of our logistics, calculates important analytical data for us. Having a centralized system of operations has helped us improve our 3PL services leading to sharper decisions and improved efficiency in operations.

Easy and comprehendable to use anytime I'd highly reccomend anyone needing a management tool to use this.

**What do you dislike about ServiceManager?**

Not a whole lot it does its job and provides a lot services other management tools cant do. Eliminates waits and the burden for IT

It solves the wait and backlog IT teams face when it comes to a self service portal around inventory and whats available even for returns

Process implementation is very accurate and realtime. It will let your tickets to be fully customisable.
