How they present pricing feels deceptive. In multiple places, their copy says that with the Standard plan you get up to "1M email sends" and "Up to 500k contacts," but once you sign up you find out you actually only get 5,000 email sends and 2,000 contacts. After that, you have to pay for those extra emails and contacts. They need to scrub their flow and ensure it's very clear to the buyer what the extra costs are going to be upfront and they should update the limits on all their pages.
