What do you like best about Brevo Marketing Platform?

Clear and easy to use interface and instructions. A breeze to use. I use my own HTML which is fully supported. Easy to integrate custom designs. I use it on a weekly basis. Customer support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Marketing Platform?

Total unreliability, the amount of times i have drafted newsletters only to have them fully disppear or not save successfully. Compared to Mailchimp and Klaviyo, you cannot depend on the reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
