The customer support is always present especially in case of IP suspension where their expertise is crucial. The dashboard and reporting tool is very useful to monitor the delivery rate, bounce rates, and spam trap volumes of the various ESPs. It' also allow to have a specific visibility into how our emails are received across various email service providers including Gmail, Yahoo, and Microsoft Outlook. **What do you dislike about Sender Certification?** Although Everest helps to improve deliverability and reputation across major ISPs, users don’t have direct control over ISP-specific behaviors. While Everest’s certifications improve inbox placement, they don’t guarantee perfect outcomes across all providers, as ISPs still apply their own algorithms and filters. **What problems is Sender Certification solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to protect our email channel as the deliverability rate was decreasing we were searching a tool to maximize the ROI of our marketing campaigns.
