I have connected with support through numerous means (email, phone, video call, instant message, etc.) and have consistently received responses and resolutions in a timely fashion. Depending on the issue, it could be a quick fix while others may have a little more involved. Changing up hardware is also a breeze with ScrapIT support. **What do you dislike about ScrapIT?** ScrapIT historically has not been the most mobile-friendly experience. I know that there are efforts to change this and make the application more available on mobile devices (i.e. tablet) but improvements have been made and are becoming more readily available. **What problems is ScrapIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scrap Metal intake and management.
