I like being able to get everything we need in one shot. Scale weight with just a click, a picture when the weight gets entered, pricing for the material without having to do the math yourself. You can print a scale ticket to give to the customer if they're not being paid right away. Easily pay a customer by choosing your way of pay (either cash or check). We don't use it, but they have a reloadable cards option. The best thing I love about ScrapIT, is I can now do settlement reports with one program by bringing up that customer instead of manually having to enter all the information into a spreadsheet. At this time, I don't really have any big dislikes. I'm sure there is something, but not imporatant enough to come to my mind at this time. BUT... I didn't like the program at first because it was new to me, but like any new thing, you have to learn it and the basic are so easy to learn and eventually become second nature to use.
