**What do you like best about ScoreNotch?**

ScoreNotch has encouraged a healthy rivalry in the sales team to perform better and meet the laid down quotas. The use of the leaderboard also guarantees constant updates, which serve to motivate the people in the competition.

**What do you dislike about ScoreNotch?**

It is interesting to note that there are fewer areas to customize this theme in comparison to other competitors. One main disadvantage is that one cannot upload custom images or include animations and this makes the badges look plain.

**What problems is ScoreNotch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScoreNotch is well helping us to maintain the motivation and concentration of the sales team on the targets set. The use of the game aspects has brought fun and competitiveness to Salesforce, and has made individuals work harder and produce.

**What do you like best about ScoreNotch?**

I’ve chosen ScoreNotch as the tool to use is beneficial it works great with Salesforce and it is possible to implement the gamification without any hassle. This helped in cutting down the running of two different programs and all is controlled within this single program.

**What do you dislike about ScoreNotch?**

I was unable to create badges which will be special for our company and will fit achievements which appeared only at our workplace. I experienced some difficulty in customizing them to suit my individual requirements.

**What problems is ScoreNotch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScoreNotch to increase user interaction in the platform and encourage participation among users. Another benefit of gamification is active incentive around goals and the overall accomplishment of a set task or behavior.
