Thanks to the InAppStory tool, we can promptly inform our clients about promising investment ideas, notify them of trading changes, promote new products and services, and involve them in more active use of our trading application.

On the first day of the module's operation, the DAU increased significantly. The product offers worked out just as well. 

For example, 30% of the customers who signed up for our new loyalty program came from Stories.

In terms of conversion to leads, the in-app stories showed high results and is comparable to sending push messages.

I like the variety of settings, personalization options, quick gamification launches, and surveys.

**What do you dislike about InAppStory?**

What I would like to add to the tool is full support for Android Jetpack Compose. I would like to refine the SDK so that it does not need to be forked.

**What do you like best about InAppStory?**

This is a great tool for quickly, comfortably, and efficiently interacting with an audience of specialists. We have several different types of content within the framework of our in-app stories: product-related, educational/advisory, and entertainment. Each type has its own unique goals and objectives. The SDK welcomes the opportunity to integrate with various platforms, including React Native.

Sometimes there are errors both from the backend and bugs on the clients

We like that the SDK provides an easy-to-use admin panel for publishing content, which saved us a lot of time and resources. Additionally, we like that the widget library is regularly updated, and adding new widgets doesn't require a separate release.

**What do you like best about InAppStory?**

The InAppStory tool allowed us to positively impact the engagement rate of drivers in our app and also increased the time they spent using it. We use stories to train drivers, particularly on topics such as passenger behavior, maintaining a clean car, payment issues, and more. The assortment of customizable widgets and design choices simplifies the creation of compelling and dynamic content, allowing us to immediately test drivers' knowledge in an interactive format.

Since the integration of stories, we've noticed an increase in the number of registrations in our mobile application, as well as session durations. We utilize diverse content, as the functionality of InAppStory allows us to do so—from lifestyle content to user onboarding and important notifications. Specifically, fullscreen in-app games have played a significant role in boosting our MAU and DAU metrics.

We are satisfied with the tool. The only aspect we would like to see is some recommendations from the company regarding the usage of the functionality. This would help us increase the variety of our content and make the most of all the features available.

First and foremost, in app stories is an effective and straightforward communication channel for us. Stories make onboarding users and keeping them informed about app updates, new services, and ongoing promotions easy. A user-friendly and native builder with high-quality analytics in the "Statistics" section.

During our usage, we haven't identified any drawbacks. As for our personal preferences, we would appreciate more flexibility in the new add-ons within the Game center. However, since this addition is relatively recent, we are eagerly anticipating updates.

**What do you like best about InAppStory?**

A great tool for onboarding processes for new users. It has made it much more convenient for us to guide users on how to use our tool by integrating instructions into an easily understandable and accessible format through stories. One of the advantages is also the prevention of questions, as not all users used to read the instructions before. Now, stories appear immediately for new clients, and they have no opportunity to skip the orientation.

**What do you like best about InAppStory?**

First of all, I would like to note that what was critically important for us when choosing was that InAppStory is a ready-made solution that is easy and quick to integrate, as well as has a high-quality SDK. The tool is very user-friendly and there are many options for customizing stories, such as choosing colors, font sizes, and the ability to schedule publication.

Additionally, the InAppStory service helped us improve some of our key business metrics, such as increasing sales and conversions on product cards, as well as increasing session time for individual audience segments.

There is no cons. The only thing that we would like to modify is the advanced analytics tools in the administrative panel.

We have released TeQatlas in beta and added Stories there. Stories are a place where our Intelligent Personal Assistant – Toshi dog – live mostly. Via Stories we provide insights in natural language and perfectly visualized (fundraising is quite a difficult topic). Stories help us with onboarding a lot – we deliver Stories's cards that help with a quick tour on our platform. In the future, we plan to use segmentation to show different content to companies at different stages.
