I had experience to setting this mdm and created a lot of dynamic rules. My rules doesn't work correctly because of platform restrictions, so I wrote to support, so I and Ishansingh starts talk about it. I showed him my opinion, structure and diagram how it will work. He several times go to dev team for consultation and we understands eachother very well and he had create ticket to development team, and them will create my feature request. So fast, really? But after a bit of use time, there is familiarity. **What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Somebody who was no longer with the company was managing the APNs cert. When it expired, they helped me to know the steps of working with Apple Deployment services to get it reassigned and renewed. That was a crisis aversion. ### 4. Support was great. The chat support is super responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about Scalefusion?** The major downside of MDM in general from what I see, if that if you install software on a tablet that requires a configuration change or data input after the install, it makes it easy for a small issue to turn into a big one. If I am removing a piece of software or do something incorrectly to a group or profile and need to put it back on, I can push the software to all the tablets but I can't push the config. For example, Swiftly software requires a login on each tablet that only our admins have. **What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?** They weren't able to solve the problem of software with 2 different certificates not being in enterprise applications. I rolled out the project with the current version that's on there, rather than risk a newer version getting older tablets in trouble. ### 5. While we were skeptical about using the spying sort of apps as it does put our data on risk which we are eventually trying to monitor, this solution looked good with enterprise level support. the quick sign up makes it different from other similar enterprise solutions while they ask for request of a contact and no trial. immediately after the sign up, I was connected with Nayan who is not only a product solution manager with complete knowledge but also helped with demo of the product. I tried the solution several times as per my need and it almost fitted to my requirements. even when I was in dire need of support in late evening hours, vaidahi on chat helped and Ishaan Rana connected over the google meet to see my screen and we had a great conversation about tech and with an age gap of 18 years, i could see my past in him and I could see my present in his future. but he was exceptional and he waited for me to finish the setup on the call for almost an hour. Keep doing that and I'm sure scalefusion as well as you as a person will grow to unbelievable heights. coming back to the solution, it does provide the complete control of the device with some of the brands having complete hardware control as well. **What do you dislike about Scalefusion?** I am having to ditch the solution as it does allow the agent to run in stealth mode means it doesn't show the app icon which is controlling but at the same time, it shows the notifications everywhere about what being controlled and what not which is very disturbing and intimidating for user and for this single reason may be we are not going to go ahead with because we want it to run in complete stealth mode. also there is no feasibility to take frequent screenshots without remote cast which again needs user permission and keep on throwing notifications about having sort of access to the device. there is possiblity of disabling these notifications but then it disables every notification of any app. and it still shows on lock screen about device been protected and controlled by IT admin. **What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?** it does provide the complete control of the device with some of the brands having complete hardware control as well. you can control almost every aspect, what a user can install what they can not or what they can do with device with factory reset protection as well. This has been just as true when we started with 1 device as it is now with 20. We are soon going to increase our fleet to over 300, and I am confident that Scalefusion will scale without issue. More devices does not lead to any extra work when it comes to adjusting profiles. Powerful: While scalefusion can also handle computers, I have been focusing exclusively on mobile devices, so I will only comment on this. I had to completely change direction multiple times during the beta testing stage our Android devices. With few exceptions, Scalefusion has had the feature I wanted at every turn. It is easy to start from scratch on a profile and, with the click of 1 button, have it apply to every device you have. Intuitive and Well-Supported: While I was able to figure out the majority of what I needed to do on my own, I came across several things I didn't understand. However, I never waited longer than 2 minutes for a response from their live chat window. I am always instantly connected to a live person. Their name and photo is right there, no AI chatbot. I am very impressed. The chat window allows you to conveniently attach files or copy/paste screenshots, unlike other live chat interfaces I have worked with before. The fast, knowledgeable tech support team alone makes Scalefusion an MDM platform you should consider for your business. *The person who answered all of my questions over the course of the past month or so has been Ananth. He explains things clearly and figures out solutions very quickly. **What do you dislike about Scalefusion?** The File Sync feature is only available if you pay to upgrade from a "Business" license to an "Enterprise" license. There were a couple of times when I needed to drag a file over to a mobile device. Since I only have Business licenses for my fleet of Android devices, I had to use a flashdrive to transfer the file from my PC to the Android device. Luckily the device I needed the file on was in my possession. However, if I ever need to get a file on a device that is out in the field on a remote support session, I won't be able to unless I upgrade to an Enterprise license. I would either need to email the end user the file and have them put in on the device manually or drive to the site and do it myself for less technologically inclined users. **What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to be able to lock all features of my Android devices other than essential work apps. I need to be able to remote into all devices at any time.
