What I like about SalesTalk is one primary feature that I have not seen other Sales CRMs have. Other CRMs I have used have rigid lists. When you are prospecting you need to be able to categorize and segment lists as you would like, Salestalk allows not just custom logical lists from master lists but also has dynamic lists (so once you enter a dynamic criteria the search works in the background and keeps updating the list). Other CRMs would just allow to put contacts into folders/list names but no dynamic list management.
With the AI driven Playbooks a sales manager with an outbound team can feed the REPs with the exact steps, scripts, what2say to whom at what stage in the call. It also transcribes and searches call notes, so that is an awesome feature to save sales manager's time and make sure the ideal sales scripts and call flows are followed on every call.
The there is Words2Actions, that can take your transcription and update the CRM for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I actually feel it would have been nice to be able to build lists like apollo with emails and phone numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
