**What do you like best about SalesTalk?**

What I like about SalesTalk is one primary feature that I have not seen other Sales CRMs have. Other CRMs I have used have rigid lists. When you are prospecting you need to be able to categorize and segment lists as you would like, Salestalk allows not just custom logical lists from master lists but also has dynamic lists (so once you enter a dynamic criteria the search works in the background and keeps updating the list). Other CRMs would just allow to put contacts into folders/list names but no dynamic list management.

With the AI driven Playbooks a sales manager with an outbound team can feed the REPs with the exact steps, scripts, what2say to whom at what stage in the call. It also transcribes and searches call notes, so that is an awesome feature to save sales manager's time and make sure the ideal sales scripts and call flows are followed on every call. 

The there is Words2Actions, that can take your transcription and update the CRM for you.

**What do you dislike about SalesTalk?**

I actually feel it would have been nice to be able to build lists like apollo with emails and phone numbers.

**What problems is SalesTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New reps always have questions at different stages in a sales cycle. It lets you feed documents, forms, conditional sales tips and actions  based on sales situations, this is the only CRM I know that can do that.

**What do you like best about SalesTalk?**

I've never seen anything like this, it is the best possible sales enablement tool on the market. You will save 90% of your time through automation. Time that you would normally spend on research and taking notes and figuring out what to say are all driven through AI. That means you will be faster and smarter in each sales call. And the system takes you all the way through your funnel, from useful lead intelligence and behavior, to activity and call tracking, to AI- driven conversation and playbooks all the way to sale management tools like call recording, transcription and analysis.

**What do you dislike about SalesTalk?**

You have to spend some time learning the unique elements of the system, but that's because there is nothing else like it. Once you spend some time with it you will rock right through your day.

**What problems is SalesTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two most significant issues I faced without SalesTalk were time and relevance. In terms of time, sales teams never seem to get all they can out of their systems because they haven't taken the time to record notes and activities. SalesTalk drives your sales playbook so that calling and follow-up are a matter of clicks. Then, the AI engine guides you to the perfect call messaging and email follow-up without leaving the system. I would say that SalesTalk saves you ten minutes per call, so you can do the math on how many more calls your team could be making. It's a very easy, fast ROI.

In terms of relevance, the AI guides you through the right talking points, conversations, activities and follow-up steps to take. This would normally take a lot of research through the notes -- and so most sales reps don't give it their all before they move onto the next call. With SalesTalk you have the best chance of saying the right thing to the right person at the right time.

**What do you like best about SalesTalk?**

SalesTalk is a excellent AI-driven Sales Tool designed specifically for the sales rep, with dynamic content that is always there for the sales rep to pivot rapidly on every call. My favourite feature, of which there are many is the Story So Far. For the first time, with a well-designed Playbook and Sales Call Strategy, every sales rep and manager can read rich, meaningful tracking of each customer. SalesTalks automates so much of the sales engagement that a sales rep can focus on the call itself. There are endless tools to fine-tune your sales calls strategies right across a team.  Try it out, you will be amazed how ahead of the game SalesTalk is in the AI-driven sales tecnology.

**What do you dislike about SalesTalk?**

My experience with SalesTalk was very positive and I know they are constantly updating and refining their offering. I gave them tweaks on features as sales consultant and they implemented every one of them.

**What problems is SalesTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesTalk was a key tool for me to build a unified sales enablement strategy, from the CRM, to the sales enablement content, to the onboarding, training and coaching. I was able to rapidly on-board new sales reps and get them productively selling within 2-4 weeks with the SalesTalk too. All of the resoruces they needed were in one place and we had very rich data to continually analyse where we needed to tweak our sales assets, training, time management and closing techniques to stay ahead of our sales targets.

The ability to update your CRM by talking into your device saves me tons of time and actually drives CRM implementation

No real downside, looking forward to an even easier to navigate UI.

SalesTalk's Story So Far and its new Words2actions feature make updating sales engagements much more thorough and relevant. The fact that reps don't have to write anything is very useful.

**What do you dislike about SalesTalk?**

Their previous UI was very difficult. This issue has been resolved, and it seems much easier to use. It appears to be much more intuitive than it used to be.

Getting reps to accurately capture customer interactions has always been a struggle. SalesTalk enables sellers to capture all key aspects of the conversation without having to worry about typing.

That would be a tie between SalesTalk's Concierge Service & onboarding the customer and setting the stage for adoption & their Earnings Estimator for AE's /SM's.

I like all that I've seen to date and very excited about their product roadmap.

SalesTalk gives me an opportunity to review the sales account executives' conversations and coach them up to another level.  Their tool also allows new employees to ramp up quickly.

Sales talk is a very good application for sales and marketing people who want to learn how to improve their sales and manage daily sales tracker and share presentation with help of sales talk tool

**What do you dislike about SalesTalk?**

Limit of attached file should be increas sometimes we share large size flies and with current limit of the attachment file is very low need to fixed this ON URGENT BASIS

All my Requirement fullfill by this application when I need to check my previous month sales report dealer wise I easily check and share with my senior and manager

Sales talk is one of the best technology for use and handling sales realted task it has many features which can always help in the managing sales data and securing all the private data which is lead to increase in sales and make the work afficient and presentable.
It is provide many task which we can use to increase and improve sales related performance.

In starting or initial stage Salas talk provide only few options to work but when they make the updated time to time it becomes useful in current time.
It always help to move forward the leads in better manner.

Yes all the sales representative must use this application to enhance their sales career.

All the sales realted problems are easily solved with the help of SalesTalk.
While working in the meanwhile of sales talk user can easily track and manage the work which he did yesterday or past month there is no need to remember the task sales talk always send notification of important work which we mark and which are very precious to the User.
