My favourite feature, of which there are many is the Story So Far. For the first time, with a well-designed Playbook and Sales Call Strategy, every sales rep and manager can read rich, meaningful tracking of each customer. SalesTalks automates so much of the sales engagement that a sales rep can focus on the call itself. There are endless tools to fine-tune your sales calls strategies right across a team.
