Reports get exported to excel with rows that are merged, and need to be manually unmerged for excel formulas to work properly. This automation is significant in reducing the data entry workload, enabling me to upload invoices, which eliminates some of the repetitive tasks associated with my job as an A/P Coordinator. Considering about 80 to 90% of my responsibilities involve posting hundreds of invoices daily, the ability to process them through uploads substantially lightens this massive workload. The transition to Sage Intacct from an earlier Sage version, MAS 200, was smooth as most functions are similar, making it easy to acclimate to, aligned with other A/P software. Overall, its enhancement in automation and straightforward setup are the most valuable aspects to me. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** I find the invoice upload feature problematic because it often misreads many of my invoices. Many invoices have multiple backups attached, and Sage Intacct tends to read the information from the backups instead of the actual invoice.
