What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company uses Sage Intacct, and BTerrell Group is the developer of SmartEFT, which we use to make EFT payments. We were having an issue with the SmartEFT app, so I contacted BTerrell Group support team. It was surprising how fast their answer was, on top of that in every communication that we had, they solved my questions and even taught me something we didn't know, thanks to that information we will reduce the manual work of our Accounts Payable team. "Ledgerable Made Our Sage Intacct Implementation Smooth and Successful"

What do you like best about BTerrell Group?

During our implementation of Sage Intacct, the entire Ledgerable team was instrumental in making the process manageable and successful. They were there to guide us and answer our questions, as well as making invaluable suggestions on best practices.

The model that BTerrell and Ledgerable have developed for implementation and ongoing support for Sage Intacct is the best that we have seen. Continuity of the team we have worked with from implementation to monthly support has been invaluable to make our move to Sage successful. We are a construction company and I would recommend Ledgerable without any reservations to other contractors about to move to Sage. I have no doubt that they provide the same service no matter the type of company. Sage Intacct is the best ERP we have used, and Ledgerable takes it over the top! If you are a Sage Intacct user, BTerrell is the most valuable resource I've found. A lot of the actual Sage support is on-demand/self-service, and I've found BTerrell to be able to effectively fill the gaps in terms of support and ongoing education/customization at a very reasonable price. What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?

They currently provide ongoing support for Sage Intacct ERP license that they also helped implement. Sage Intacct adds more internal controls with approval workflows and security segregation options and is a great product for mid-size companies. Our Finance team is benefiting from the product in faster monthly close, better team collaboration, and excellent reporting output. BTerrell Group is a great Reseller for the product and helped us throughout the entire implementation process and continues to provide ongoing support when needed. The only thing that could maybe have some improvement is that when one of our reports is not working they usually want to create a new report instead of trying to fix the existing one. We don't mind in some instances but other times it's more convenient if we can continue to use the report we were previously using and just correct it to work again. BTerrell is helping us solve multiple challenges tailored specifically for our company that we have within our Sage platform. Specifically they have been helping us generate lien waivers out of Sage that will help save us hours weekly in manual labor. They are also guiding us on creating rate tables within Sage where we can generate invoices for union labor that will save us hours each week as well.
