What do you like best about BTerrell Group?

During our implementation of Sage Intacct, the entire Ledgerable team was instrumental in making the process manageable and successful. They were there to guide us and answer our questions, as well as making invaluable suggestions on best practices.

They are friendly, responsive, and helpful. They are usually able to find a solution to our problems and will take the time to schedule a meeting to get more information if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BTerrell Group?

The only thing that could maybe have some improvement is that when one of our reports is not working they usually want to create a new report instead of trying to fix the existing one. We don't mind in some instances but other times it's more convenient if we can continue to use the report we were previously using and just correct it to work again.
