Easy to use, intuitive to create audits. Really flexible - can create all sorts of audits, I like the different response-types - makes audits more relevant and useful. Can use on my PC or my phone, meaning I can conduct the audit anywhere, and refine when back at my desk. Love that I can attach photos to questions. Sometimes photos don't seem to upload and then get "lost" - seems to happen more when signal is lost, which is frustrating as you don't realise until it's too late. Would help if numbered questions can be created, that then automatically update if new questions are added, or if questions deleted - currently this all needs to be done mnaually, which is frustrating and time-consuming. When conducting audits on an Android device, the process of adding pictures from the gallery is not intuitive.

I use Safety Culture for Compliance based checklists and questionnaires. I love how simple and straightforward this software is to create, modify and update my questionnaires, as I can edit questions, add different responses, and then also have sub-category questions pop-up when certain responses are received. Implementing whatever we need in a survey is quick, easy and straightforward. It makes the whole process for my team very simple to navigate and complete, only having to ask the questions that are applicable based on the response. The ability to then save that completed survey as a PDF for filing and later review is very valuable and functional.
