I love the ability to email receipts and have expenditure process it is very nice - does a good job with that and makes my life easier.
Also, I like that there is a fair amount of flexibility in setting up the expense/reporting structure. Ability to have a "master account" or someone to oversee expense management. Price is good. Also, the ability to import bank transactions (credit card) is also a plus. Finally, I use the integration with DropBox to maintain, archive and send reports.
The initial product support (web-based live-training workshop) was good for an intro to using the expense reporting software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could do a better job of identifying "duplicate entries", though it is easy to delete once you identify it.
I wish it were easier to manage projects (more specifically to delete project titles) from the both the web and mobile app. The report generator (to PDF) is good, but I think the receipts could be better cut/cropped and placed within the report - they're almost not legible. Give it a try - you really need to use it in depth for a month or so before figuring out all the "bells and whistles" and configuring it just right to give you ease of use.

Streamlining my time so that I'm not spending most of a day collecting and writing my expense requests every month! Also, I don't have to fight about losing receipts, because I can immediately upload them to my phone via the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It turns out to mess up our books. Imports are dead wrong, making us loose quite a large amount of money on VAT as it turned out after a closer look last year. Also for a while now expenses are being imported as sales (yes, that's right ?!?). For the moment we're still using it for the employees and copying / pasting the expenses into our books instead of importing. Support is non-existing. They don't even reply let alone solve issues. The benefits we realized in the past using Xpenditure have all been undone by the money we lost on Rydoo and our messed up books.
