&lt;p&gt;I’d test this with a genuinely non-technical user rather than the person who helped select or implement the platform. Give them a real task — create a page, update an image, change copy, and publish it — without guidance. The number of times they need developer or admin help would tell me more about ease of adoption than the vendor’s onboarding timeline.&lt;/p&gt;
