**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I love that I don't have to do any of the quarterly reporting or worry about state filings with RUN Powered by ADP. It helps me stay on top of things that are easy to lose track of, especially with multiple clients. I find it easy to access, and the chat function is quick and easy to use. I appreciate that everything is customizable to my needs, allowing me to make changes on my own to customize paystubs and needs for each employee. The chat is the first place I go for help because the wait is usually short or even non-existent. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to a great team setting up our payroll and 401k plan.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Sometimes logging in can be a pain. I get prompted for a fingerprint to log on, but I am on desktop. 2 factor authentication is fine for me.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I like that RUN Powered by ADP handles the financials, forms, and end-of-year forms for me. It means I don't have to do it myself or hire a secretary or an outside source to manage these tasks. It's convenient having ADP handle that part.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Well, I'm an old guy, and it's the technology. I don't use it very much. So the technology is a little difficult for me, but I'm sure a lot of people go through it, and it's no problem.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RUN Powered by ADP takes care of taxes, Social Security, and Medicare, does the financials, handles all the forms, and even takes care of the end-of-year forms, so I don't have to hire a secretary or an outside source.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I really like that ADP is a user-friendly platform. Everything is very organized and intuitive. Even if someone who has never used it before logs in, it's not very difficult to figure out. It's very comprehensive. I've used other platforms, and so far, ADP is my favorite. Customer support is good. although sometimes there is a long queue, the agents always help to resolve all questions and concerns. My team uses it for all payrolls in North America, and it has been a very satisfactory experience.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

There are some things that cannot be handled unless authorization has been granted, such as Workers Comp. This has been requested on more than two occasions, by phone and by mail, and we have not received any updates on this matter. Therefore, we still do not have access to handle this or ask agents about it.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ADP helps us a lot with the notifications we receive from the states. Whenever we have any questions or concerns about a specific issue, we can resolve them with the support team. We have had to make many amendments since last year, and the ADP team has done so perfectly, always meeting the stipulated deadlines.

A live representative is available 24/7 and is very responsive. They can answer most questions without routing me to someone else, and they consistently provide helpful solutions. Overall, they can provide support in all areas.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Loading times are sometimes long. A lot of the time, the login screen keeps loading or runs into issues. Weekend maintenance can sometimes disrupt work a little bit.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payroll, time, and attendance. I can manually adjust payroll and add deductions, and I’m able to monitor taxes at the state or federal level. It also provides support for tax SUI rates. I can track hourly time as well as PTO or sick time.

I use RUN Powered by ADP to run payroll and process commissions. I really appreciate how it solves complications by streamlining the process with clear and helpful chat technicians. Logging in from my mobile device is a great convenience for me. I run so many reports, and it helps with data and analysis. The initial setup was very easy, and it was helpful to our CPA.

I find the clarity on the report types to be lacking since they seem to be somewhat similar on occasion.

Our biggest pain point is onboarding. It can be time-consuming, especially when employees have access issues. Some features are not available unless we increase our spend, making it a bit pricey.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I use RUN Powered by ADP to manage payroll at my job with 5 daycare centers. I find it practical and versatile, especially when I need to generate detailed reports by employee, taxes, deductions, etc. I really value that it is easy to understand, as I don't have to spend much time training or seeking help every time I have to process payroll. I can log in, do what I need, and log out quickly, which saves me time. Additionally, it is a user-friendly program and reduces the margin of error. The intuitive interface makes it harder to make mistakes when entering hours, deductions, etc., which gives me peace of mind. In summary, the combination of simplicity and ease of use allows me to trust the system without having to be an expert.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

One is the transparency in pricing; sometimes it's not entirely clear what is included in the base plan and what is charged as an additional benefit, such as off-cycle processing, W2/1099 at the end of the year, or account setup. Another is that the reports are a bit rigid; they should be more flexible to customize the reports according to what I need to see. Also, I notice that the API integration options are limited; there are quite a few available through the ADP Marketplace, but they cannot be customized from the main screen. Additionally, users like me have felt that the upselling tactics are quite persistent, even though one has already declined the service several times. It would be better if the client's initial decision were respected.

It is practical and versatile for running detailed reports, easy to understand and use, which saves me time and reduces errors. I don't need to be an expert to trust the system.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll, and it saves me time since ADP handles tracking, adding, printing checks, and sending them out, so I don't have to worry about that. I like that it's easy to navigate, even as a beginner, and I can arrange my dashboard the way I like, not just how the computer thinks I would like it. It's also a one-stop shop, so we don't need to use it with other tools. We've enjoyed them since the first time we signed up, and the initial setup was so easy I don't even remember it.

I like RUN Powered by ADP for my company's payroll processing because any questions and issues regarding processing are easily and quickly solved via chat sessions. I appreciate that I never need to worry about tax filings being late and that all tax-related deposits and forms are filed seamlessly. I often use the onboarding feature because it's quick and easy, and I like that ADP quickly notifies me if there are any issues with the data I enter. Additionally, RUN Powered by ADP was extremely easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

When our company bank account had to be changed, RUN Powered by ADP reset all the employee preferences for paperless stubs and I had to notify all employees to log onto their accounts and choose paperless again. This is a minor issue but I did want to mention it.

RUN Powered by ADP solves payroll processing questions quickly via chat and ensures tax deposits and forms are filed. I never worry about late tax filings. Onboarding is quick, and I'm alerted to data entry errors.

I find RUN Powered by ADP incredibly helpful for automating payroll calculations, which definitely makes my tasks easier. I love being able to generate customized reports, as it allows me to get specific information I need, like details on employee overtime and annual pay, so I can assess if the work is worth the investment. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy, which was a plus.

I had trouble changing an employee's 2FA. I couldn't figure it out, but the solution was found when I chatted with a live rep. It would be better if it was possible to make changes on the website itself. Currently, the owner of the business has to call ADP to change the 2FA on their back end.

RUN Powered by ADP automates payroll calculations and helps verify changes like employee hourly rates. I can generate customized reports to get specific info, like overtime and yearly payments, to evaluate employee productivity.

I appreciate that RUN Powered by ADP provides an all-in-one source for payroll and employee information, including the option for added HR services when needed. The interface has a nicely designed and clean layout, which I find appealing. I also like the sidebar for all the different menu options. It's helpful that the Client ID is always displayed in the bottom corner, as it's often needed when dealing with client services. The client services rep was incredibly helpful with the setup and support, making the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I don't like having to go through so many layers to get to a human contact. The alerts and added services are a bit annoying to have displayed all the time.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

RUN is incredibly easy to use.  I have access to everything I need both on my computer and my phone.  As a busy business owner, I appreciate having access no matter where I am.  Implementation was very fast and easy.

I have used client services several times in the last 9 month and each time the agent is very friendly, takes the time to listen to your issue in full and then offers to help in multiple ways:  i.e. screen share or verbal instructions.  I have always been to resolve my problem on the call and have never had to wait on hold more than 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I have not found anything I dislike yet.  I have run 20 + payrolls and each one has done accurately and super fast.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep both my salaried employees and contractors in separate accounts.  I have all the data at my finger tips even when I am away from the office.  Onboarding new contractors and employees is very easy and quick.  Each of my employees and contractors have access to their ADP account and I no longer need to mail out check stubs which saves a lot of money and time.

You are also assigned a personal contact at ADP when you onboard.  Jacob is always helpful and if he doesn't know the answer he does the research and gets back to me with in the day.  He even will call client services and wait on hold then three-way call me in so I don't have to wait on hold.

I use RUN Powered by ADP to process payroll and track paid time off and vacation time. I find it quick and easy to use, which saves me time. I like it because it's easily accessible to me and my staff. My staff appreciates being able to pull up the information they need without having to come to me. Switching to RUN Powered by ADP was very easy, and I didn't have any difficulties at all. I would probably give it a 10 out of 10 on a recommendation scale because I really love RUN Powered by ADP.

I like RUN Powered by ADP. But sometimes I have difficulty finding reports, maybe making the reports easier to find.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

ADP Run simplifies payroll processing and makes it easy to stay current on employee payments. Its timekeeping feature has been a major improvement to our system, and the support we receive for it is extremely helpful. It saves so much time to have it automatically calculating the hours and overtime and adding them directly to the form. The Run software is a must have for any business processing payroll and is more than worth the price!

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

Occasionally I encounter system issues that slow processing times. This happens specifically when onboarding a new employee, such as when a particular information field fails to load and delays the process.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I find RUN Powered by ADP to be good for a small company like mine, which has about 9 employees. It simplifies payroll processing as I can enter payroll hours without a timeclock software. I like its fairly friendly user interface, and it has all the basic functions needed. Though setting it up was a bit cumbersome, once it was all running smoothly, it became a time saver in terms of managing direct deposits, taxes, and 401k.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I can't schedule my employees' requested PTO in advance in the system, and I have to track it separately, which is a little annoying. I can't get a report for 401k deductions removed from my account weekly, and I've wasted too much time trying to resolve it with no help. Customer service isn't up to par. I can't use the app on my phone anymore since it became incompatible with my Galaxy, which is a huge inconvenience. My personal and admin logins require different phone numbers, so I can't set both up due to this limitation. The initial setup was a little cumbersome.

Their customer service is truly top-notch. The AI chat option on their website is very helpful, and it quickly connects you with a live representative when it can no longer assist. ADP has also always been upfront and clear about their pricing options.

They’re almost too good at selling their products—everything they say sounds so helpful.

When we hired an out-of-state employee, ADP quickly helped us set up the additional taxes and any required out-of-state information to ensure the correct amounts were being deducted. ADP's performance always feels reliable.

The software is easy to use, the navigation is fantastic, It's easy to find what I need by the headers of the tabs and options, it's fast, very little lag, if I have to change something it's easy to update.  When I've run into issues where I have to issue a one off check, it's easy to do.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I was a little confused about exactly when I do an off cycle check or a manual check.  Because of this I was in the wrong area and there are three check stuck in off cycle that I will eventually contact customer support to help me delete.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, none of us were familiar with payroll here so it was very difficult to run payroll every week for the city without issues.  Our previous software was antiquated and continually caused issues.  Switching over to ADP, all we have to do is enter our hours and everything else is processed.  We also started using the app so most individuals punch in and out with the app which is extremely helpful, especially for the police dept which frequently have to punch in and out from various locations.  Having the ability to log in and out from listed locations is great.  Now one person can sit and do payroll instead of 2.

I enjoy having access to incredible HR experts on my team and the ease of use of the platform. It saves me a ton of time researching and makes nuances like state policies easy to handle. Being able to access all personnel files, even confidential ones, whenever needed is a big time saver. Run made the initial setup incredibly easy, making the process of switching everything over super simple. It's an incredible opportunity for us to get to know the product and get everything initialized for use. Managing our full payroll, including bonuses and commissions, in one space has been incredibly helpful with RUN Powered by ADP.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I haven't really found much that doesn't work. The only thing that I wish was a little bit simpler is that the owner of the company I work for has to call in to make changes to the structure of the organization, and I wish that was a bit of a different process. However, I understand the need for significant confidentiality and for it to be the person who fully owns the account to make those changes. So I'm not sure if I have a suggestion. Just wish that our CEO didn't need to make a call that I could easily make  with admin level permissions.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for HR, payroll, benefits, and employee documentation. It's incredible for those tasks, saves me a ton of time managing files, and provides ease of adjusting to state policies. The setup was super easy, streamlining everything for my team. I really like how RUN Powered by ADP is an extremely simple program setup that takes less than three minutes to create and send payroll checks. It's very user-friendly, and the reports are easy to read and generate. I appreciate that the customer support is experienced and knows how to guide users correctly. It's convenient that workers insurance can be included at a discount per paycheck. I also like the login simplicity and easy report access. The pop-up reminders for changes in taxes, new reports, or minimum wage increases are extremely helpful, ensuring compliance without needing to track government notices manually. Everything I need is right on the RUN platform, making the process much more streamlined.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The only thing that I will say is I find that getting the right 800 number when you’re just googling the right 800 numbers is impossible. You can always get a salesperson. Those people are always available but unless you know where to look for an 800 number... That’s a little more difficult if there’s just one central page of contacts.

What I like most about ADP is the quick turnaround on service requests and their chatbot. It reduces the time I have to spend on the phone waiting in line. The chatbot allows me to multitask. I also appreciate that ADP handles all my taxes and the forms I need to file with the state and the federal government. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and you can find everything you need. If I am having trouble finding something, I will use the search bar.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I currently have our workers compensation insurance managed by ADP and there helpline is ridiculous with long wait lines of about 30-50 min. There is no direct agent to assist with audits. ADP is on the higher side in terms of price compared to other platforms. I wish there were more loyalty discounts offered for clients who have been with ADP for a long time. Given that ADP is premium I wish there wasnt an additional charge for filling W2 at the end of the year especially for long term clients.

ADP Run is helping me with employer and employee taxes, basic HR, payroll and end of year documents like W2.

I really like the online chat feature in RUN Powered by ADP. It's great that it shows where you are in line, and I find it really easy to chat with an agent. The flexibility of being able to use the chat while working from home on my computer is incredibly helpful. I appreciate not being tied to a phone call, which allows me to address my questions on my own time. The initial setup was also pretty easy because they walked me through everything over the phone, covering prices, features, etc. Daisy was amazing helping me, they were very patient with me, walked me through all the steps, took their time with me, and followed up the following day. They were amazing and so helpful!

Maybe an easier process to submit documents. So while on chat, I had to send documents via email, it would be great to just drop the document in the chat.

I find RUN Powered by ADP makes paying our employees super easy and user-friendly. I like the easy-to-use platform and the ability to look at paystubs with a breakdown of taxes and deductions. I also appreciate that I can pause payroll whenever I need to with a quick press of a button, which allows me to easily manage payroll when an employee is off. The initial setup was super easy, and I've found the chat tool really nice too!

In terms of what can be improved is having buttons on the interface being a little more intuitive. I had to call ADP to figure out how to pause payroll because I couldn't figure it out myself (which could totally just be me) but I went to 'Payroll' and I couldn't do it under that. Instead, I had to go to setting and then payroll to pause it.

I love that almost everything can be done on the RUN Powered by ADP app, and that employees have access to their payroll data and time clock through it. This access allows employees to retrieve their information anytime and anywhere with convenient self-service options. It eliminates the need to mail statements and handle time logs on paper, greatly reducing the admin burden. The initial setup was easy with guidance from ADP and our accountant.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The app layout for entering payroll can be improved. Looking at two pay periods in a run can be awkward. Managing employee 2FA/accounts could also be improved - must contact ADP support for that. Changing employee contact information under 'online access' doesn’t actually change it, which requires calling support for a quick resolution, but better account admin would have reduced this friction.

I find it pretty useful and helpful that RUN Powered by ADP can transfer information to our QuickBooks account. This functionality assists on our P&L for tax time, making the whole process smoother.

I think there should be a better response time from the support team because we've had issues with taxes and getting them paid on time. Also, transitioning from our old payroll system was not smooth. Initially, it seemed like RUN Powered by ADP was going to work well, but there were some hiccups and challenges since the person running our payroll did it a certain way, and we ended up a month off with our taxes and information, which wasn't really clear from the agent of ADP and our old payroll person.

Honestly, I haven’t come across anything I dislike so far since switching last year. I was using Paychex before, and ADP has been much easier to use and more efficient.

I like being able to talk to someone in HR, especially when I have a question or concern, and they are able to provide information specific to the state I live in. That's something I really appreciate about what RUN Powered by ADP offers. I also appreciate that I can call and get answers to my payroll questions. Client services help me if I have a question, and I'm able to speak to someone live. This is valuable because instead of trying to research myself, they can look up specific laws or rules for the state I live in.

The onboarding process with the sales rep was not a good experience for me. I didn't feel like I was properly taken care of, and I had issues getting clarification on some questions and wasn't sure who to talk to aside from chat support. Once this was addressed they helped take care of me right away which really improved my experience. However I did have another issue rwith the referral program and not getting awarded with that. It took almost a month and a half to honor this, but they took care of it and went above and beyond with providing updates until things were finalized on top of other incentives due to this experience and errors which helped to make things better.

I think the one thing that has been very challenging is changing my business name. I just needed the same elements of what my previous business already had in place, but it was not transferred over as promised. Including the mandated 401K, which was stressful because of the penalty involved if it was not set up correctly. I'm still not sure if it was done correctly and it's been a year.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll, HR, and 401K. It makes running reports and payroll easy, and keeps me updated on minimum wage and compliance changes, especially in CA. It's essential for handling HR questions and employee reports efficiently.

I find the payroll workflow a little confusing at times, especially when something out of the ordinary happens, like an off-cycle payroll or payroll correction. It isn't always clear what's happening behind the scenes or what the next steps should be, and I wish the system provided more guidance or clearer prompts to help users avoid mistakes. More intuitive navigation and better explanations for special payroll situations would make the experience much easier.

RUN Powered by ADP helps us process payroll, calculate payroll taxes, manage direct deposits, and keep our payroll records organized in one place. I really like the ease of inputting data for each payroll cycle in RUN Powered by ADP. It saves prior data, which means I can just update it with each cycle. Tax information is saved as well as prior use of PTO. It also uploads prior information and alerts me if there are any excessive changes. The easy access to support and the assistance I received, along with chat access during setup, were great.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

I would like to be able to do employee draws without having to go in and save per each cycle. It would be nice just to add it to the data upload. Also, when using salary-based you have to manually put in their PTO taken; self tracking.

RUN Powered by ADP simplifies payroll corrections, off-cycle processing, and tax updates. It saves prior payroll data and alerts me to excessive changes, making data input easy and efficient.

What I like most about RUN Powered by ADP is that it turns payroll and basic HR into clean, guided workflows instead of a fire drill, meaning the interface is intuitive and easy to learn. I can go from commissions to a completed payroll with just a few clicks. The system quietly handles all the tax calculation and filings, addressing complex problems in the background, making it very easy to use. Because of my background, I tend to have an easy time with systems like this, so I find it very intuitive, though someone less technical might find it a bit more challenging. That's what I liked about it.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The main issues I have with RUN Powered by ADP are around flexibility and transparency, rather than the core payroll engine. The product is optimized for small businesses, but it becomes limited as you start layering in more advanced HR needs. For my consulting business, I found that deeper reporting or tighter integration with other systems became necessary, and RUN Powered by ADP felt limited. Customization options are narrower, and some integrations are constrained or require extra work. The reporting depth isn't on par with more enterprise-oriented platforms. Because of these limitations, I had to move to a different system as we grew.

I like that RUN Powered by ADP is very easy to use and that their customer service is always very fast to help. It makes the whole payroll process go by much quicker. If there's a problem, I can use the chat feature, and I usually get an agent within just a couple of minutes. Everyone I've dealt with on the chat has been very knowledgeable and resolves my problems quickly.

The only thing I could possibly think of is maybe time cards, because it has to open up in a different window. And sometimes there's a bit of a delay, with that powering up.

I have been quite happy with RUN Powered by ADP overall. I really like the simplicity of the platform. The option for onboarding is convenient because I can manually enter my new employees' information, or they can input it themselves. RUN Powered by ADP walks me through each phase of onboarding step by step, starting with the demographic portion, then employee banking details, benefits, deductions, and more. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

An email requesting any updates on forms to be filed would be more helpful. Form 5500 needs to be updated - I didn't get an email about that. I prefer email updates.

I use RUN Powered by ADP for payroll, handling cut-off times and bonuses. I like its simplicity and the step-by-step onboarding, which allows me or new employees to input information easily.

I do wish there was a way to breakout line items in more detail. In a sales capacity- it would be great if there was a way for me to designate what jobs an employee is being paid for on each check. Currently I just have to bulk them together as a single "commission" item.

The largest "solve" is payroll taxes. This makes us a much more professional organization without having take on a significant overhead cost

I really appreciate that RUN Powered by ADP makes running payroll for my Little Caesars very easy. It's intuitive and user-friendly, enabling me to navigate and figure things out on my own even if I'm unfamiliar with the system. I find the UI very easy to use, with layouts that are well thought out and organized. The correct buttons are where they need to be, and it's easy to search for things using keywords in the search bar. The system is very easy to set up, guiding you on what to fill out. I also like the integration with TCP for timekeeping, which makes data transfer smooth and effortless. Overall, the system is priced competitively and is flexible to meet our needs.

So far I have not run into issues and like everything about the RUN system.

I really appreciate the excellent job that all the agents do when I speak with them, and how they follow-up if there is something pending. I'm really satisfied with RUN Powered by ADP. I also like the chat feature which is really good, and the option to share my screen so they can guide me on exactly where to go and what to do, since I'm pretty new to this. They are very interactive and help with any downloads I need or fixing payroll details manually. I find their responsiveness and guidance truly helpful in managing my tasks.

I find the wait times to be really long, sometimes with 50 people ahead of me, which is time-consuming.

**What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?**

It is a one stop shop.  We love the fact that you can get several features in one place so that our systems can be integrated.  The system is very easy to follow and we are able to process reports and request fairly easy.  The support that ADP gives is great as well, any questions we ask their staff goes above and behind to ensure we get the help we need.  It is reasonably priced and we haven't had to many issues with the performance of the program.

**What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?**

The system does sometimes go down for our staff when they are out in the field and they aren't able to clock in or out.  But it seems to be rectified pretty quickly by ADP and so we don't have too many complaints.  We wish there were some more AI features to help us move our processing a little bit faster.  But all in all it is still a decent program.

**What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to pull reports by department now which I think is great! We did not have that option when first coming on board.
