I like the run portal interface. Prior to ADP I was using Paychex for payroll and am very happy with the ADP portal experience, it's much more user friendly and easier to get things done. Primarily, I use the payroll feature to run payroll and the reports. I like the payroll report package that is generated after each pay period, it contains everything I need to see. The only thing that I miss from Paychex that ADP doesn't have is the 15 minute window of time that Paychex offers after submitting payroll to make any adjustments. It's a nice failsafe to have 15 minutes to go back and make an adjustment if you notice that something isn't right. Seems like this could be added into the software easily. The other issue that ADP might want to consider is having a dedicated representative for each account. This is something that Paychex offers that ADP does not. I primarily use the Run software and don't have to contact an agent frequently, but it would be nice to have a dedicated human to contact should the need arise. There are many functions within ADP and even with the different features, they do make it very easy to navigate and whenever you do have questions or looking for something very specific, the chat function with a real person is the most impressive feature. For something that would take me 10-15 minutes on research and looking through job aids, I can get my question answered within minutes. I wish that ADP had a double check feature in terms of the option of inputting estimated total hours in first and then as I put in each individual employees hours that if it does not balance at the end due to my mistake that it will notify me. I like that I have support all the time for anything I need help with. The platform is really easy to use. When things are working perfectly, I really like the time card uploads. I do wish that I didnt have to convert back and forth from decimals to 60 minute increments. The HR portion of ADP is very helpful to me as I am a new HR manager. The only thing I can think of that I dislike is the fact that when doing time cards in the time cards place. I have to convert decimals to time. So 5:30 hours worked is 5.5 hours when doing time cards. I wish they could just add the conversion to the bottom of the Calendar so it makes it easier for tracking hours. What I like most about RUN Powered by ADP is how easy it is to understand, and that the help function is there when I need a fast response. I also appreciate that it sends me reminders, because life gets busy and those small prompts are genuinely helpful. Another feature I like is the chat option: whenever I need to ask a question, I can use it while I’m waiting and still continue using the site and staying connected. I use the ADP Run app every day. Easily integrates the timecard and employee data real time, and accurate. All the forms are filed quarterly and annually in timely manner. It is very easy to use and data is safe. I have found it easy to implement for new employee onboarding. Customer service is great. The number of departments is limited to five. This makes it hard to properly segregate employees who regularly work across multiple departments, especially when a new department is added due to expansion.

We are encountering obstacles due to a lack of integration between our Time and Expense systems on the back end. While ADP offers Time and Attendance solutions, we are unable to adopt them because our billing relies on accurate time and expense tracking for each project. A seamless invoicing process is essential to our ability to serve our clients effectively. Transitioning to ADP Time and Attendance would undoubtedly complicate our operations by adding unnecessary back-end work. It would be incredibly beneficial to have a plugin that enables seamless communication between the two services, streamlining our workflow and enhancing our client experience.
