Create customizable SOAP notes, organize client records, and collect digital intake forms and consent documents. **What do you like best about Ruana?**

I find Ruana to be an excellent tool for managing my acupuncture practice. I particularly like the online appointment scheduling and billing features. Everything works well, and although the initial setup took some time, it was worth it.

**What do you dislike about Ruana?**

The setup takes some time but it is worth the effort.

**What problems is Ruana solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ruana helps with online appointment scheduling, billing, and logging SOAR notes, making it easier to manage my acupuncture practice.
