What do you like best about RSVPify?

Once I figured out how it was structured, the set up was very logical. There are lots of options to customize - additional events, ticket prices and levels, emails. I purchased the level where customer support was only available through chat. I had to use it several time and was quickly responded to. I did hit a perfect storm of vacation days and out off the office for the support team and had to reach out to my sales rep for asssistance, but her very quickly got someone who could help. The help articles numerous and helpful, but chat is a great option for the little nuances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RSVPify?

I wish there was a way of setting conditions based on answers to customer questions. The only way to do that is to create a secondary event which would give you options, but depending on what you want to ask, that may not work. Due to all the customization options, there are several levels that you need to go down when setting up questions, and that can get confusing and setting can hide a deep levels.
