Setting up events and secondary events was quick, easy, and straightforward. In planning my event, I used the tool often to track attendees, respond to messages, send reminder emails, and so on. The QR code check-in feature was a huge plus, and helped us accurately track who attended our event. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** There are a few features I would hope to see in the future. For my event specifically, we wished for a way to link RSVPify check-ins to other tools, like a name badge printer. The inability to change the template for the event website after the event has been created is also a very strange and frustrating pain point. I opted to not use that feature at all, rather than delete my event and redo my work thus far. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** A huge problem RSVPify solved this year was accurate tracking of guests and who showed up to our event out of those that RSVPd yes. This will be a huge help when determining the contract size and invite list size for our event next year, as well as who to continue to add to our invite list and who to remove. The QR code check-in kiosk also helped significantly speed up our welcome process at the event itself. ### 3. I also love the ease of getting RSVP's by having a link and a QR code option. The RSVP report is very helpful as well. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** It is a little confusing to navigate. Every time I go back in to make a change or look for something I have to sit and think for a bit on where to do that. Once I figure it out I am fine, but it is a tad confusing at times. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an invitation that provides all of the details I want to include in a easy to follow and professional way. Hidden fields shouldn't require Enterprise version (overkill). Reporting leaves a bit to be desired (can't do a simple output of who has been invited + who hasn't registered yet, need to do two reports and combine manually). Updating registrations post-email is a bit cumbersome and the interface could use improvement there. Buttons look bad in Outlook and can't be customized (no custom CSS). Limited localization/translation functionality requiring us to create 2 separate events. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed something cheap and good to run an event ### 6. Registration is streamlined with their QR code system. The customer support is next level! I always feel like I can reach out with minor questions and receive the support I need promptly. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** It appears that a lot of guests receive RSVPify emails in their spam. This led to us having to send multiple emails from our Gmail accounts to ensure event details were communicated effectively. I also found that some guests weren't navigating the landing page as smoothly (didn't understand that event details were on the left and that you had to scroll down). **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capturing guests information and RSVP's ### 7. Easy for guests to navigate as well. I liked the templates so I did not have to think too much about how the website would look. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** I felt that there was no transparency about what would be behind paywalls and require updating my account. I had already sent out invites and was told I had reached our max RSVP midway through the RSVP period and ended up having to upgrade. I enjoyed putting it together. I also loved the reporting options. Had an issue with payment and customer support was very responsive and quick and helped resolve my issue rapidly. **What do you dislike about RSVPify?** Some functions feel finicky and are located in weird spots. Particularly the Invite/Invitees function. **What problems is RSVPify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed me to gather RSVPs for those we invited to join a council.
