## Routerra Reviews
  ### 1. Exactly what we needed (and then some): Clean, intuitive, and reliable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Routerra?**

The interface is clean, simple and just works and I honestly haven't come across another platform which is easier to implement or more intuitive to navigate. For us as a small startup doing local delivery, that's been a lifesaver. The optimisations are spot on, and the smaller thoughtful features (like setting a stop to be first or last) show that it's built with real-world use in mind. It's very easy to navigate, has top notch features which integrate A.I in about as impactful a manner as one could imagine (prompting to make imports for bulk routing a breeze).

Several months now we've used it each week and it's become a crucial part of our weekly delivery workflow and quite frankly a necessity. Their support has been one of the best I’ve come across. Always helpful, quick to reply, and genuinely open to feedback.

Can't recommend this platform enough.

**What do you dislike about Routerra?**

No major issues to speak of. Just a couple of small quality-of-life things, like being able to multi-select and delete stops from a route. But even that is already being looked into, which says a lot about how responsive and user-focused they are.

**What problems is Routerra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a small refrigerated delivery operation with fixed routes that rotate weekly, and Routerra has made managing and optimising those routes simple and efficient. It solves the headache of manually plotting and sequencing stops, especially with recurring customers. Being able to import addresses quickly, prioritise stops, and edit as needed has taken a lot of friction out of our workflow. It’s saved us time and helped us stay consistent with our deliveries, which is crucial when we’re doing it all ourselves.

  ### 2. Routerra is the best for Amazon Flex drivers who want to save miles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John L. | Amazon Flex driver, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Routerra?**

I can upload screenshots of my Amazon Flex itinerary with my added start and home stops. I can then Calculate As Added to see how long it would really take to finish and get home. I personally tailor it for 2.5 minutes per stop in the settings, and that seems to work for about the time it takes me on average. I can then duplicate the route and Optimize it to see if the AI can get the route done faster. Since I number the packages matching the yellow Amazon stickers, I know where they are at in my car and just find them based on that and not worry about reorganizing if the route is different. I then duplicate that route and then I can go in and modify each stop for a better placement in the order of stops. Finally I compare all 3 duplicates to see which one is faster. Usually the Optimized version is faster than Amazon. But my modified one based on the Optimized one is usually the fastest or lower miles. Overall it doesn't save time and I end up spending more time talioring it, but that may be just me as I want to ensure I have the lowest mileage route to save gas, tire, and wear and tear on my vehicle. The best thing is their customer support. I have gotten direct answers to my questions with no canned responses. I real person replied to me on multiple occasions. It seems they have actually used my feedback and made changes accordingly.

**What do you dislike about Routerra?**

It doesn't avoid left turns, yet.
Sometimes it will put the pin for the stop on the wrong location and the mapping will take me the next street over thus ruining the optimization. But the good thing is I can now move that pin and reoptimize or change its order in the route to fixed it.
It takes too much time get it all organized, but it is full of options for reordering the entire route or just a few. So it doesn't really save time.

**What problems is Routerra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves miles and time driving.

  ### 3. Responsive.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Routerra?**

This apps helps me create the most efficient route for my day-to-day to maximize my time and mileage. Something I really appreciate it anytime I've had an issue. I've emailed the app developers and have gotten a response and usually get something created within the app to address my issue. I use it daily at this point. I really appreciate that. I am just able to take a screenshot of my itinerary and upload it and makes it super easy to use and integrate.

**What do you dislike about Routerra?**

Currently, I'm using a Webb based application through my phone. I am unaware of a native iOS or android app

**What problems is Routerra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving being able to create routes that knows where my end point is going to be and adjust the route to create the best and most efficient mileage
