It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. Recently we had a particular problem that would have affected such a small client base (if not only us!). When inputting address .csv files to begin routing, we need to manually search through every address to ensure that the correct address is going into Route4Me. Any addresses that lost their unit number (as an example) during import, has to be entered manually on our run sheets. There was a new update that caused you to have to open a separate window in order to view a route. There was a few times were I had over 500/1000 stops and I wasn't able to create a single map. As with any other software, the time and interest to improve the software is slow and takes a lot of work on the user side. Adding or changing the software requires much time and effort on the customer/user side. Software companies must be more open and willing to work with their clients. Reporting is probably the only issue I have. Amazingly easy to get information into the system, not so easy to get information out. It might just be my lack of experience with the entire product, but I have not been able to get information regarding optimizations and deliveries out of the system to be able to share metrics with my end users.
