What do you like best about Route4Me?

I love using Route4Me for my porter potty rental business, especially for routing my drivers efficiently. The commercial feature that Route4Me offers is incredibly valuable as it allows me to avoid parkways where commercial trucks cannot drive, a feature that no other routing software provides. This unique capability ensures my drivers have a seamless and compliant route, improving our overall operations. The livechat support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours. What do you dislike about Route4Me?

It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. The team at Route4Me are fast to solve any issue that our team encounters during our daily activities. Recently we had a particular problem that would have affected such a small client base (if not only us!). The team at Route4Me stayed diligent, providing consistent updates and eventually resolved the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route4Me?

When inputting address .csv files to begin routing, we need to manually search through every address to ensure that the correct address is going into Route4Me. Any addresses that lost their unit number (as an example) during import, has to be entered manually on our run sheets. What do you like best about Route4Me?

The ability to visualize my objectives and create a live list to organize my days on the road. I often use it to organize requests. As I receive a request I insert the address on route for me and I am able to most effectively drive around the city. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route4Me?

There was a new update that caused you to have to open a separate window in order to view a route. There was a few times were I had over 500/1000 stops and I wasn't able to create a single map. I instead had to created multiple maps and take screenshots and stich them together using a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first thing that I like is support. The team is very fast and effective in solving all issues. The routing engine software is very good but has parts to improve and make it awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with any other software, the time and interest to improve the software is slow and takes a lot of work on the user side. Adding or changing the software requires much time and effort on the customer/user side. Software companies must be more open and willing to work with their clients. Easy of use, quickly changing routes, many of the updates have been extremely helpful during our tenure with the product. Routing, splitting, and merging routes is very useful. Daily tracking is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting is probably the only issue I have. Amazingly easy to get information into the system, not so easy to get information out. It might just be my lack of experience with the entire product, but I have not been able to get information regarding optimizations and deliveries out of the system to be able to share metrics with my end users.
