What do you like best about Route4Me?

The livechat support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours. The application is intuitive to use and it's very easy to configure the different options you want your drivers to use. The team continue to follow up with us until every query is answered! What do you dislike about Route4Me?

Occasionally, drivers in remote or regional areas can have issue with data sync. However, following proper practices such as end of day syncing can resolve the issue. I really like how Route4Me makes routing simple yet effective with its almost step-by-step process for completing a route, making it very user-friendly. I enjoy using the Routes Map feature, which allows me to click and drag stops from route to route, saving me a lot of time. This feature is particularly helpful for viewing split routes as a single one, making it easier to optimize them. I value how Route4Me helps optimize routes to their full potential, ensuring no drive time is wasted. It also effectively stores information, like pictures and notes per customer, which is useful for keeping records. The initial setup is simple and user-friendly. What do you dislike about Route4Me?

What do you like best about Route4Me?

I like the support and ease of making and editing routes with Route4Me. The ability to have support that I can easily get ahold of to walk me through problems is greatly appreciated. Also, the transition from paper routes to digital routes has made operations much smoother, as I don't have to print out numerous paper routes anymore. The ease of editing routes digitally without always needing to print more paper is a huge benefit. The initial setup of Route4Me was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise. What do you dislike about Route4Me?

What do you like best about Route4Me?

I really appreciate Route4Me for making delivery planning much more efficient, optimizing our outbound operations and improving our customers satisfaction by reducing time and cost. The software's route sequencing engine is a big help. Tracking our deliveries is so much easier, and Route4Me ensures our customers receive their orders quickly. I love being able to export all the data and metadata to feed our Business Intelligence, which enhances our awareness of the delivery process and aids in data-driven decision-making. The integration with our ERP, facilitated by Route4Me, is seamless. I find it incredibly valuable that Route4Me allows easy data integration via API, supporting our tools like dashboards and spreadsheets, which help us evolve better logistics strategies. The initial setup was very intuitive, and minimal training was required for onboarding. The support we received to integrate Route4Me with our ERP was excellent. Some customers might not explore the full potential of the available tools inside Route4Me ecosystem, like small businesses that don't have a large team to explore all the possibilities with a large data team. They could improve guides for KPIs using their data labels and metadata labels, and how to combine them into actionable KPIs, metrics, and provide guides for data-centric teams to explore the exportable variables, to build better insight tracking dashboards. I really appreciate that Route4Me is easy to use, constantly evolving, and quite flexible. I like that the interface and logic are very often updated, which shows good attention to improvements. The ability to connect Route4Me with our ERP via the API has profoundly changed the way I manage distribution. The accuracy of the Route4Me map should be improved. Some addresses are difficult to find while Google Maps finds them easily. It all depends on the region in Switzerland, the map lacks updates. What do you like best about Route4Me?

Route4Me has donated their software and expertise to help our non-profit organization deliver 50,000 meals to the homeless and less-fortunate each Thanksgiving morning. Our routing process that involves thousands of deliveries and used to take us months to organize now is handled in a matter of hours -- reducing our costs and allowing us to dedicate our limited resources to buying food and other necessities. Their support team has been outstanding - incredibly responsive even at 3 in the morning. Our requirements are different than many of their customers, but they have always been willing to make adjustments to ensure that the job gets done. I like that I can see exactly where the drivers are, and I can manage the sequence as well as make sure the routes are optimized. Route4Me allows me to make changes to the routes in case I missed something on my end. It also helps me understand the way the routes are being routed. Whenever I have an issue, their customer care chat is always very helpful at any time of the day. Working here, I can say my team and I know how to navigate Route4Me pretty well.
