When inputting address .csv files to begin routing, we need to manually search through every address to ensure that the correct address is going into Route4Me. Any addresses that lost their unit number (as an example) during import, has to be entered manually on our run sheets. There was a new update that caused you to have to open a separate window in order to view a route. There was a few times were I had over 500/1000 stops and I wasn't able to create a single map. As with any other software, the time and interest to improve the software is slow and takes a lot of work on the user side.
