Choosing a room and adding a meeting is simple. **What do you dislike about Roomzilla?** Sometimes meetings do not save. I've never been officially double booked, but there's been a few times here I or someone else thought they saved it and it did not. **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a digital meeting schedule is helpful compared to the paper we used to use. ### 10. I don’t like some aspects of it because they are too difficult. The system locks up every once in a while and I have to restart the program to get it working again. **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to schedule people in the rooms than other programs I’ve used. ### 11. Good, but not great **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2018 **What do you like best about Roomzilla?** I love that it makes it easy for people to reserve rooms and for our administrative and event staff to monitor room useage. **What do you dislike about Roomzilla?** I really, really wish there was the capability to block users from booking rooms for more than a certain length of time, and would love to have pop-ups when users attempt to create reservations that violate our room rules. **Recommendations to others considering Roomzilla:** If you need a customizable room reservation tool, consider Greetly or another service - Roomzilla does not seem to have a lot of functionality that we had assumed would come standard with the service. **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our admin and events staff to quickly book and monitor room usage, and saves us a lot of time and energy (instead of booking rooms)! ### 12.
