# What are the most trusted UKG Marketplace platforms by procurement managers based on user reviews?

For the procurement and finance-ops folks on G2 who actually vet these: What are the most trusted UKG Marketplace platforms by procurement managers, going on user reviews?

While this marketplace is built around HR and workforce apps, procurement is a narrow slice. Only a few of the higher-rated platforms touch a procurement lead's day, and they cover different parts of it:

NetSuite (4.1, 4,870+ G2 reviews) is the purchasing side. Reviewers rely on it for POs, vendor records, and real-time spend visibility across finance and inventory in one system. But it’s powerful but heavy, with a steep learning curve and reporting that often needs a consultant.

Emburse Expense Enterprise (4.3, 2,250+) is the spend side. Reviewers like the enforced approval workflow, policy compliance, and audit trail for employee and card spend. But it covers T&E, not purchasing, report customization is limited, and transactions sometimes sync in late.

Nintex (4.3, 1,320+) is the approvals side. Reviewers automate purchase-approval and vendor-onboarding workflows and can see exactly where a request is stuck. The catch is that licensing runs high, and complex workflows get hard to manage without governance.

For procurement teams, the deciding factor is often not feature depth alone, but implementation quality, integration reliability, and responsive vendor support.
