# Which unified workspace platforms integrate collaboration and facilities management capabilities?

I'm looking into which unified workspace platforms bring collaboration together with facilities management in one place. Honest caveat: the tools in G2's unified workspaces category are digital-workspace and collaboration platforms, and reviews don't mention physical facilities or desk booking, so the facilities side is genuinely a question for the community. Going off what reviewers do report:

Slack: a strong integrations hub for collaboration. Has anyone wired facilities or room-booking tools into it, and did it work?

MangoApps: an intranet that centralizes employee comms and info. Did it stretch into workplace or facilities use for you?

Workspace 365: single-login access to apps and documents. Could it surface facilities tools alongside daily apps?

Basaas: puts many work apps one click away. Did adding a facilities app to the mix actually help?

For teams that wanted collaboration and facilities in one workspace, did any platform genuinely cover both? Or did you pair a digital workspace with a dedicated facilities tool?

This sounds like a case where forcing one platform to do both jobs may create a worse setup. I’d rather have Slack surface a dedicated desk or room-booking tool where employees already work than stretch a collaboration platform into facilities management. The real win is making the second system feel invisible.
