I appreciate how the software clearly displays, on an iPad in the room, how much time remains in your reservation and whether someone has booked the room after you. This feature is especially helpful because it lets you know if you need to finish exactly on time, which helps prevent conflicts when reservations are scheduled back-to-back. The experience using Roomzilla on iOS needs some work. Since there isn't a dedicated app, you have to use the mobile website, which can be quite frustrating. The app is buggy and there have been days when you cannot login to the rooms. The check in process is very clunky as well and leads to a lot of confusion with people thinking they've booked rooms who get kicked out because they haven't checked in. You also can't book the room easily if you are at the room and it is free. I really love how easy it is to use. The platform makes it super easy to see what spaces are available in our building and for booking them in advance or last-minute. I like the most the fact that the service works flawlessly. It never crashes, it is very easy to read and comprehend. I like the flexibility that it offers when it comes to booking. A great advantage is having a layout shown so that you can easily navigate between the rooms.
