The floor and number of seats available in the room are clearly marked, and you can even see a picture of the room before booking. The google calendar integration makes adding a room to a meeting very simple and easy. **What do you dislike about Roomzilla?** Sometimes it is difficult to remove a room from a meeting (especially a recurring meeting) in a google calendar invite, and the room will just stay on the invite with a strikethrough. It would be nice to have the following functionality: - If the selected date was frozen at the top of the screen like the times are, to decrease the likelihood that a user books a room for the wrong date. - Have a meeting repeat indefinitely, instead of having to select a number of weeks it continues for. - Option to have some sort of an alert for when a repeat reservation is about to expire. **Recommendations to others considering Roomzilla:** Take advantage of the integrations with Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, etc., and take the time to add data for each room, such as the number of seats, pictures, and equipment available. **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to reserve a room ahead of time for meetings, (both recurring meetings and one-offs). I'm also able to find an available room or phone booth at the time that I need it, either by looking online or by walking around and checking whether any rooms are showing an "Available" status on the iPad (which also shows the next time that it's booked). This avoids double-booking, and allows us to plan meetings for times when there are rooms available. ### 9. There is a search fucntion that does not work, you cannot find an overview with all the booking (Future of past). It gives you a list of all the rooms instead of the most relevant. You expect a search function that is similar to booking a hotelroom booking site, but it is the opposite. Booking sudenly disaprear, and if you arrive early and forget to login, your reservation is deleted after a certain time and your are kicked out of the room because someone else booked the room for an instant meeting. We have asked to look for another tool. **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roomzilla should manage the availability of the meeting rooms and make it easy to create a reservation.
