I like being able to upload photos of each resource/space along with all necessary details for users. It is extremely easy to create an account and start using it. Implementation and setup with easy. **What do you dislike about Roomzilla?** We don't utilize the tablet because we don't have one in our space. We keep getting notifications that the tablet is down. When we first created the Roomzilla account for our office, we sent out invites to all agents in our office. If they didn't respond within a certain timeframe (which was unknown), the invite would be null. After a couple of years of use, I've never run into any conflicts with other room-users or other issues. **What do you dislike about Roomzilla?** I think this may be more on the implementation side, but it would be helpful to have a countdown timer in each conference room to be able to see how much time is left. While one can of course do this in GCal or other apps, it would be great on an in-room display (and might encourage certain meeting participants to hurry up!). **What problems is Roomzilla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roomzilla makes it very easy to book rooms, view and sort rooms by features and capacity, and avoid conflicts with other users. **Official Response from Roomzilla Support:** > Thank you for providing your insights on Roomzilla!
